Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Long story short: Phoned in an order for a personal pan pizza, vegetable supreme with extra sauce and pepperoni. I told the employee my neighbor would be in to pick it up. I asked her to wait half an hour to put the order in so that it would still be hot when he got there. She said it would be put place in a hot box so I wouldn't have to worry about that. I asked her to please be sure that it had extra sauce and pepperoni. She said she would do that. When my neighbor picked up the box, bought it to me, I found, not what I ordered; but, a personal pan pizza, NO EXTRA SAUCE (actually, when I took the layers of the vegetables and cheese off, there was not even a trace of sauce between the cheese and crust), NO PEPPERONI, instead, little hard sausage pebbles! A blind person cut it into four very uneven slices! It was lukewarm. Called...spoke with a female who identified herself as the manager. She was very unprofessional, with a major attitude when I was telling her the problem as stated above. She argued with me. I explained several times that the pizza was NOT DELIVERED, it was PICKED UP. She told me the person who picked it up should have checked it before they left. I explained to her that I was not looking for a new pizza, I wanted her to know the problem that existed and since she was the manager, she was in a position to correct it so that it wouldn't happen again.

Professionally, IMHO, the employee who took the order should have checked it AS SHE WAS REQUESTED AND AGREED TO DO... BEFORE SHE GAVE IT TO THE PERSON PICKING IT UP! He didn't order it so he didn't know what it was supposed to be. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THE PIZZA WAS ONLY EDIBLE WHEN I REHEATED IT WITH PREGO SPAGHETTI SAUCE ADDED!!

I ordered a big dinner box with bone in wings and a pack of four Pepsi products yesterday around 5:30. The driver came and dropped it off with my son. When I looked, there were two individual pizza boxes, a box for breadsticks and four sodas. No wings. I called the store and the first two times I held, the accidentally hung up when they answered. I held again for a long time. The girl answered and the manager told her to send them out at no charge. I got a notification about Doordash and to call the driver. I called and she said my order was $15 and she would need to collect that from me. She was at the store but refused to ask the girl at the pizza hut about the charges. Door dash cancelled my order. I held for over 20 minutes for pizza hut. My son called while I was calling and the girl said my wings were on the way. This was around 8 p.m. They never came. I paid extra for the wings big dinner box and $3.00 more to get bone in wings and I never got them. The store wouldn't give me the time of day. I spent over an hour holding. That was a nightmare and made me so mad. I never did get what I ordered. I...

I ordered curbside pick up paid online including a tip for not having to get out of my car. Got there when they said the pizza should be ready. Tried to call the phone number twice no one answered except the corporate office since they didn’t answer so that I could tell them I was outside. Never got an answer so I went inside And it took a while before I could speak to someone. I finally got a chance to ask if my pizza was ready and she brought it out I looked at it it was not correct but with all the other customers in there complaining that their orders had not even been filled I just said it’s wrong but I am not gonna wait for another one because who knows when it would be ready. I had ordered half hamburger and onion which had very little toppings and a half pepperoni and black olive which again had very little toppings. I had also ordered it thin with regular crust and it came hand tossed with some sort of seasoning sprinkled all over which was extremely salty. I will not be back And I wish I would’ve never prepaid a tip since I had to go in and get it myself. Needless to say the pizza...
