Pizza was wrong and whoever the nasty looking lady with glasses was so rude as ever. I first tried to get my order corrected over the phone and I was yelled at and belittled on the phone before she hung up in my face after I asked for corporate's number several times. I decided to take the pizza back so that I could get their number in person, speak to a general manager and get a refund. I received a call back from the same lady who had hung up in my face, letting me know that her general manager had given her permission to remake my order how I wanted it if I brought the pizza back. I informed her that I was already on my way. Once I arrived, the lady was on the phone complaining to the general manager about another customer who had a complaint with the store as well. Another associate walked up to the window to help me but the lady informed her that she would be helping me instead. As I stood and waited behind the security glass for 7 minutes waiting for her to finish her phone call, I understood at that moment why they needed it, including the security gate outside of the establishment. Once the lady was done with her call I told her that I would like a refund and the number to corporate. She got even more upset saying that she was instructed to remake my pizza but when I refused once again, she decided to call her general manager back and complain about me. I asked for their name and was denied it the same way I was denied corporate's number. The general manager instructed her to give me a refund and walked her through the process. After she hung up she threw me my receipt and snatched the returned pizza off of the counter and walked away. Read moreI ordered a large Tastemaker at 11pm. I was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to ensure the delivery would be made as I do not have transportation. I was told the order could not be located with my phone number. After a few minutes of waiting I provided my address. The csr advised the store was having system system issues and I would need to speak to the store directly for the status. I agreed to hold for the transfer. I was transferred to another csr in Pittsburgh. He also advised the store system was down. He called the store and advised the call was just rolling back to another rep. He then advised that he could see that the driver was out on a delivery with 2 orders and was 70 minutes behind schedule. The next two orders would be delivered with door dash and my order should be one of the two. I was asked to call back if I did not have my order in 15 minutes. The store was closing in 2 minutes. I called back to find out when the cs line closed and was advised due to the store having system issues my order was not received. 55 minutes after it was placed and 5 minutes before the store closes. But the funds were collected for the order. It is now 1am. The order never showed up, I was not able to get food delivered from anywhere else due to how late it is. I'm just out of luck, money, and hungry. How can you be sure to collect the money but not fulfill your obligation? Ordering food has never been this much of an issue for me. Read moreIf I could give a 0 I would. Marylin and the store manager Franklin was extremely rude especially when the order was incorrect. I placed a order online through the website and not doordash. I had breadsticks missing and instead of beef on the pizza it was pork. The manager asked how do I know it’s pork? I’m like because it’s not beef. He said bring the pizza up to the store and he will have a fresh one ready with the missing breadsticks. I said I am 8 months pregnant and it’s late. He said I had to bring the pizza which I literally took a bite out of. I went up there brought the pizza back and Marylyn was so rude. The pizza wasn’t ready nor the breadsticks and i wasn’t about to wait any longer so I asked for a refund. Frank never came to the front to apologize for the missing item or the incorrect pizza. He was rude and heard him in the back say did she bring the pizza. I spent over 43 dollars on my order and received the wrong order plus horrible customer service. They both could have handled the situation better and need to be coached on how to talk to paying customers. Please do not waste your time or money on this location! Your order will be wrong and service is horrible. The pizza didn’t even look good. I attached a photo below and also called corporate to file a complaint.
