Seven Seas Crab House — Restaurant in Jacksonville

My family and I make it a tradition to stop here on our way to Kissimmee, FL. The food is so delicious! We got the “King Tray” it comes with 3 clusters, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, eggs, corn and potatoes. My mom got the “Crab Leg Combo” it came with 2 clusters, shrimp, muscles and craw fish with all the other sides. We were able to switch the crawfish for Mussels. They trays come with cold seafood that you take home to heat. That was different for me because I’m used to getting the bags which comes hot but it ended up being super convenient because we were traveling.The customer service was great the young man that took our order seemed new but he was great! The owner made sure we were well taken care of. He even greeted our girls with little lollipops.🙂 Of course we will be back...

Hyped as a crab house. I was referred because I love garlic crabs. I was spoiled by the crabs I got in Savannah, hot fresh with tons of garlic. This place has trays already made cold and have been sitting there for a couple of hours. They sprinkled seasonings on the tray and poured some garlic butter all over it. I told him I wanted them hot. I was visiting and staying in a hotel and had to use a microwave to get them warm. The ads made it seem like a sit down a restuarant. After 8 minutes of trying to warm it, I finally sat down and started eating. It was pretty good, but not what I expected for a crab house. If I was local it might not have been that bad, but I want my food hot and fresh not sitting waiting for me or someone else to pick it out! I will try something...

They are seriously ok. First of all the girl at the front desk was nice but seemed a little off. Maybe she was tired or sleepy. I duno. But not two minutes after my friend and I ordered, she tells us that our food is ready. We are like, are you sure? She says yes. Without showing us our food, she places it in the bag. We got home only to find out that my food was not in the bag. So we had to drive back. The food was cold. Had to warm it all up. All they do is season the seafood. I can do that. No need to pay them for that. The girl put no plastic-ware in our bags, no ketchup, hot sauce... nothing. What?!?! Paid $40 for that? Never again. Go to rowes, buy your own snowcrabs, make some garlic butter, get sone bay seasoning. And bammm. No need to pay...
