Not enough words can express how appreciative I am of the services offered at this establishment. I've been in and out over the years due to life challenges, moving and job changes but I always know where my firness home is. Janice creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere and when I go to cycle no matter what is going on in my life I ride it out right beside this amazing woman. You just know once you meet her how passionate she is about you becoming the best version of yourself. She's helped changed so many lives. When class is over I leave with so much confidence. Soul fitness studio is community.

After working overnight, I was craving a smoothie and decided to stop by this little quaint spot owned by Janice From the moment I walked in, she was so warm and welcoming, helping me with my selection and making me feel right at home. Even the customers who came in after me were friendly and offered their own suggestions on what to try—which says a lot about the kind of atmosphere Janice has created here.

The smoothie I ordered was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I also tried some of the food, and everything was equally tasty. I love that everything here is plant-based and handmade, which makes it feel even more special.

I forgot to put my review but I LOVE this place. The owner was extremely sweet. She made me feel so welcome and I really enjoyed the conversation that we had. All their products are organic and health conscious which is something that I look for and LOVE.
