Napolis Pizza Cuisine — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Because of the 4 stars, I chose this restaurant for my adult family group of 8. However, I didn't read the reviews before arriving. The first impression word was "scary" then we wondered is it even open? Looking in the windows we saw tables with miscellaneous stuff all over them and cardboard boxes everywhere. Because of the previous 4 stars review, we said the food must be good, so let's be adventurous. We were the only customers eating inside - on a Friday night at 7pm. Nevertheless, we are happy with our decision to try it out. We ordered 3 medium (bigger than expected pizzas - Bolognese, Carnivore, and Deluxe), 2 salads that fed the whole table with homemade ranch dressing to die for, and a pasta dish. We had an older waitress, Faye, serve us, and she was very pleasant and proficient. Our wine glasses were shockingly heavy pours. The food was excellent!! We treated our family and the bill for 8 of us was only $75!! The only 1 star would be the bread. It was toasted perfectly, but no flavor. Over all, I agree with the other review that the owners must be hoarders. We do not live on this side of town, and even if did, I'm not sure I'd return. I might order again take out through their drive-thru, but they will not be able to keep good customers returning from the way the place looks. Clean it up guys... paint the outside, clear out all the clutter inside, fix the central ac and get the giant ac box out of the dining area... if so, you'll get repeat business and get better...

Poor customer service and the owner's wife is rude and very impatient she doesn't like when a black person order from her resturant,which means when a black person order she treats them with less hospitality and whites get treated with more enthusiasm and good hospitality....She rarely says hi when you come into that establishment she turns her nose up and frowns her face up like you stink.She's a very bitter person and racist ..but yet she doesn't think about how much business they'll lose treating people nasty it shouldn't matter what color of a person skin is everyone spend their money just the same....beyond all that I've seen roaches...spiders..& flies in the window seals,mold on the walls in the restroom,..trash and boxes always scattered along the parking lot flying across the way.The dumpster always stinks really bad and she has the audacity to treat customers bad like that's a 5 star restaurant lol!!!...it's been times I've had other people tell me she's rude and will not give you your money back if you're unsatisfied with your order..... It's been several occasions I've ordered pizza and call to tell them it's burnt & they would say something nonchalant!..they don't give a damn!! Nor do they care about their customers or customer...

Everyone there is very nice and the old guy is super awkward and cute. The state of the restaurant has no import to me so long as the food is good, but I spent 20 dollars on a chicken Caesar and margherita pizza and I wish I had just bought a hot pocket and Publix salad instead. The presentation on the margherita pizza was awful. No basil, mozzarella that was clearly terrible quality and big tomato slices that belong on a subway sandwich. I tried my best to eat as much as I could but I wound up throwing away pretty much everything. The chicken was not on the salad but instead presented in a plastic bag with a weird yellowy liquid inside. I have the garlic bread to my roommate and she said it was the worst garlic bread she ever had. I don’t really eat garlic bread but I’ll bet u ur better off at pizza hut with whatever cheesy bread they have. Perhaps it’s my fault for ordering the “wrong” dishes but given my experience which is apparently not mutual with other customers I am not willing to risk another meal like this. It hurts me to write this review but I don’t want others to make the same...
