Best breakfast sandwich in all of Jacksonville and Vegan too, I don't know how they make it taste so good but they deserve an award for the "Club Chik"... It's the best.
I grew up in a nonvegan house where breakfast sandwiches were a staple, the bacon, eggs, sausages, cheeses and buttery bisquits... I didn't think about a vegan sandwich on the same level of satisfying breakfast sandwich, till a friend recommended Sweet Theory for a chickpea sausage patty and coconut bacon... Which was new Vegan territory for me and I am so glad I got to try it... It's perfection, best restaurant/cafe breakfast sandwich ever...
The coconut bacon is way better than pig, the chickpea sausage is better than chicken or pork and the vegan cheese with sundried tomato sauce is so good and savory- nonvegan and vegan's alike will have a toe curling experience eating this sandwich. The sandwich is savory and satisfying without being overly greasy, the lettuce is a wonderful crisp touch to this savory meaty-tasting-meatless wonder sandwich...
It's food perfection...
Much like the rest of Sweet Theory.
The Gluten free loaves are to die for sweet and moist. Strawberry lavender is my favorite... The flavors all stand out well with a wonderful glaze.
The donuts are the best in Jacksonville, as well as the cinnamon rolls... Seriously... These things sell out quick on the weekends. Where else can you get a blood orange cinnamon roll? Or a Homer Donut that's vegan? Amazing
The cupcakes are dangerous, tasty works of art... Makes you want to collect them and put them on display, till you taste them and they disappear... And you have to go back to collect the other colors...
The coffee is fantastic, I get iced with coconut milk and lavender syrup, refreshing, relaxing and uplifting.
It's all Vegan and top quality ingredients, if you are concerned about your health and diet- eating at vegan, local, organic minded places like Sweet Theory will reduce the amount of pesticides and herbicides in your diet. As well as making a positive impact on the community and environment.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely amazing! First let me start off with how ecstatic I was that this place existed and was so close to me. I did not want to have to make my son's birthday cake. Customer service is amazing! Called and ordered a cake for my son's first birthday (he and his father have a gluten/dairy allergy) the person I talked to was super nice, super helpful describing flavors and the cakes. I asked about a smash cake she was very quick to tell me they do make smash cakes and the cost of one. When it was all done, she even spelled my son's name back to me to ensure she had the spelling correct. Upon picking up the cake I noticed some of the goodies on the counter and ended up picking up some gluten free salted caramel brownie mini cupcakes which are freaking amazing and SUPER moist (which is you have a gluten allergy you know how amazing that is as gluten free usually means dry) also I must mention how amazingly nice the person at the counter was again very helpful, very personable. When the cake was brought out I was given very clear directions on how to transport and keep the cake until the party. (Also the cakes look amazing!) They even used gender neutral pronouns when referring to my son. I was so taken aback by how just amazing this staff is, they all seem like genuinely good people. Edit** the cake and smash cake we got for my son's first birthday were amazing! Can't thank y'all enough for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor customer service from the second I stepped foot in the door. I ended up not purchasing anything. I will never purchase from them. And as someone who is plant based, bakery options are already slim currently. So to completely write one off regardless of the product says A LOT about the staff. It was my first time trying this bakery so I just wanted to try a simple glazed donut. $6 minimum card purchase so that was a no go since I didnāt have cash. And the woman seemed instantly annoyed by my single donut order. TBH if it were me and I knew it was someoneās first time trying my product Iād gladly give them the one donut on the house! And in turn more than likely gain a lifelong customer plus their friends and family as customers. But, hey, thatās just me. Pretentious and snooty are good words to describe the staff at this place. Not warm or kind. āDo you have a mask?ā is not a greeting. āWelcome in!ā, āHi!ā, āGood morning!ā, all wonderful options. Smh HORRIBLE experience. Reading some of the other reviews I see that quite of few people were also not treated well/ received poor customer service from this staff. That is not okay. I donāt care how good your product is, learn how to treat people. I took my business right down the street to Southern Roots where I was greeted with a smile and a warm āGood morning!ā and no card minimum OR JUDGEMENT for my...
