Tienda El Castillo — Restaurant in Jacksonville

The guy at the front desk doesn't offer good customer service. It's a lot of mess at the front desk and showing personal information in the documents of people that have forget items in the store. I visited this store a couple of times, and he gives off better customer service to the ladies and with american people, but not the hispanics. He would treat you with such obvious difference, a little rude in the way he answer when you ask for something. This store also has higher prices in most of the products, I wouldn't recommend this store. If you think about eating in this store, think it twice, the food don't have the real mexican seasoning and flavour, and the prices of the food shown in the screens, are not the same at the moment you pay. Ima keep it short bought this bolillos that felt and looked fresh at the display, got home and open it and realize it was bad. I wouldn’t trust this place to eat their at all if they are selling this things I can’t imagine what goes behind the kitchen. I went here and ordered some tacos they were good and i like their mexican candies. The guy who took my order was nice and the girl at the front counter was too. It was just the man who was loading the truck and goods in the store was rude. I was walking right behind him and he didn't hold the door for me yet he held the door for another girl because she was the same nationality as he was.
