Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This was the absolute worst fast-food experience ever. The Burger King on Normandy Boulevard it's full of ignorant rude and I hate to say it very unintelligent workers including the manager. I went through the drive-thru with a simple order the lady taking the order kept disappearing in the middle of the order they want to come back and have me repeat it and got rude when I said ma'am I just said this. Then I get to the window and the order is completely wrong I try to correct it and she gets rude again for no reason. I ask for the manager who comes over and is trying to add things up and can't get it right then she gets mad and tells me to come inside because I'm holding up or drive-thru at first I said no I'm not coming inside it's simple math she throws her hands up and says this man is just doing too much and walks away. The lady working the drive-thru had a bit of a change of heart and asked me to come in so I went in the manager's loud talk and screaming at me because they can't get my order correct and I keep trying to give me whatever and I won't take it. I wish I had gotten the manager's name but at that point I was just fed up. These people are too ignorant to work in any business establishment...

I went through the drive thru today, I ordered 4 sandwiches (a whopper 1 original chicken sandwich and 2 double cheeseburger) they gave me everything except for the whopper they gave me 2 whopper Jrs. I told the lady she didn’t me the whopper and gave her the bag with the sandwichs back. I told her what I ordered I had the receipt well she went back to get my whopper. She came back with my order which was wrong again. This time there was 2 original chicken sandwich’s and 2 double cheeseburgers still no whopper. Again I told her the my order was wrong and gave her the bag back and told her what my order was again by this time I was pretty mad and upset. Another girl came to the window and read back my order which was correct and then the manager came to window which I told her what I ordered and what I didn’t get. She gave handed me my order and told me the whopper is in the bag which I told her I am going to check which by this time the cars behind me were beeping their horns. I checked my order and finally they got it correct. I can’t believe they couldn’t get a simple...

Everytime I end up at this location I feel like I've been duped. I've gone through the drive thru and had to spend 40 minutes total waiting on "fast food" just to receive the wrong food. Then I'm like hey ill try the app see if that makes things better. So I place a simple order. 30 minutes later I am waiting for my food. Meanwhile 8 people are waiting for service. The lady assigned to the counter only visits the counter twice in 20 minutes. Finally I'm asked what I'm waiting on. I tell her the food behind the counter with my name on it. I mean I'm standing under the pickup sign... In total it took 50+ minutes from order to receiving to get my FOOD. and the place had an attitude. I don't mean just one person had an attitude, the entire staff from the cooks to the manager did their absolute best to ignore people. Hell I stood there for 20minutes and the manager who clearly saw the crowd more than once never even opened her mouth to speak unless it was to make a joke with...
