I just have to say I am super impressed with the owner or operator of this business. The gentleman saw my review and reached out to me to apologize and to refund both of my daughters purchases. That is amazing customer service! I had to go and change the rating to a five star. As a previous franchise owner myself you cannot always be there to make sure every single customer is being taken care of the way you would like but you can sure take care of them if people give you feedback when itās not the way they feel it should be. Thank you Mike for running your business the way you do thatās five star service! Also a huge shout out to an employee Andrea who reached out to apologize to me even though she wasnāt a direct person waiting on us.
I just went to this location⦠super disappointed. We had two transactions. First one had a large Lotus drink. It was great. 2nd transaction was two large lotus drinks which we have order many times. One was good, the 2nd one you couldnāt taste the strawberry flavor. That was the only flavor we asked for and it tasted watered down. We pulled back through the drive through and asked for some more strawberry flavor to add to it. Thatās all we needed. The girl said she could remake it. We also told her we wanted to buy another drink. Then we asked if she wanted the other drink back she said yes of course, like we were dumb to think otherwise. We didnāt care because it wasnāt good so we gave it back. When we got the other one it tasted the same. We then asked for them to add a different flavor so we could taste it since strawberry wasnāt working. They took it back and really made my daughter feel uncomfortable because of the lack of professionalism. The server totally didnāt remember we wanted to buy another drink. When they bought the fixed drink back it was a new girl. She was also unprofessional and really made my college aged daughter feel uncomfortable. It just makes me sad that people behave like this. We spend over $30 + on four drinks and when i have a problem with one drink and they act like itās our fault. I felt terrible. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a regular here for about three years now, and I think itās finally time I write a review. The coffee is amazing, and so are the baristas. Theyāve gotten my order spot-on every single time ā I swear 100%.
The menu is diverse, giving me the option to go for something sweet or more on the bitter side. Personally, I really love the pumpkin drinks. They bring that perfect fall flavor Iām always searching for at other coffee shops but never quite find.
The baristas here are always kind, and they work hard to get drinks out as quickly as possible. Yes, the lines can get long, but honestly, theyāre long for a reason: the coffee is that good. This place has had steady business for years, and the fact that people keep coming back should speak for itself.
The reason Iām writing this review now is because I saw a really nasty one-star review recently, and it just didnāt sit right with me. By the way, I loved the little baby Jesus in the window ā it was harmless, and if it bothered you, that says more about you than about this place.
Finally, I want to give a shout-out to a few of the workers whoāve always made my visits brighter: Necolle, Abby, Andrea, Ari, and Nevaeh. Theyāve greeted me with a smile every time and made each visit better.
