if i could rate the entire experience a zero, I would. On saturday, the 12th of October, 2024, I took my hubby and my pirate out to celebrate a big autism breakthrough with my pirate. We have been working on this break through with her for 5 years, and she'll be 7 in Nov. So pretty big day. Comepletely ruined by the manager on duty there between 2 and 3pm. We got pirate a crabby patty meal, i got a double bacon classic meal and hubby got a double stack biggie meal. hubby got a large rootbeer, and we got the pirate a small rootbeer, while i got a small vanilla frosty. When we got our food, half our order was missing and the manager acted like we had gotten it all. No. we should have had 2 hot med fries and 1hot jr frry, we got 1 cold med fry. My double bacon classic was supposed to be a dbl patty, i got a single. We got the med vanilla frosty, but not the jr pinapple frosty for the crabby meal. The manager was rude, demanded we bring back all of our food so she could "see what's actually wrong with the order" like we were lying about the issues. Then proceeded to argue with us for 5 minutes about how both sandwiches were supposed to be singles, and finally realized when i pointed to the items on the receipt my damn self that she was wrong, so she took my sandwich and threw it at the young sandwich girl, and rudely demanded the girl "put another patty on this for her so she stops". I then asked for my fries, which took her another two minutes to agree we never got 2 of them, and i asked her to please take the ones she gave us and to give us all hot fresh fries. I watched her take my fries, put it under the fry warmer, and then proceed to hand it back to me with the other two fries, both of which were not hot either. when we asked that we get the pinapple frosty, the poor guy at the front, Kanaan, made the mistake of grabbing the wrong size cup. She rudely reprimanded him in front of me, telling him "no, you're doing it wrong, that's the wrong size" when he asked what the right size was, she rolled her eyes and snapped "I can see from here you grabbed a med, it's supposed to be the jr sized one." So he said, "oh, ok, what do you want me to do with this one." and her response? you guessed it. rude. "UGH, JUST GIVE IT TO HER BUT DON'T DO IT AGAIN NOW THEY'RE GONNA EXPECT A MED every time they come in." I told her, "nope, because after this experience, we are NEVER coming back." It is one thing to be stressed, I am damn near 40 yrs old and have worked customer service since I was 14. I even worked for wendy's for 4 yrs when i was in my late teens early 20's. Never In any demention are wendy's managers supposed to reprimand the employeee like that in front of the customer. Nor are they supposed to be that rude to the client, or throw ranch packets towards them, fed up with dealing with them. And just in case that manager sees this : MADAM, IF YOU DON'T WANNA WORK OR DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK, OR HOW TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB THAT SUITS YOUR NEGATIVE ATTITUDE, AND PLEASE PLEASE, PLEASE. LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY WEAR A WIG, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HONEY, IT AIN'T SUPPOSED TO BE SIDEWAYS AND LOOKING LIKE A RAT'S NEST. I AM A COSMETOLOGIST, HAVE BEEN FOR 19 YRS, YOU NEED ME TO FIX IT FOR YOU? After a trip to the library my son and I swung by here. We ordered a kids meal, (cheese burger, juice, and strawberries and blueberries, and it was supposed to come with a toy. ) The rest of the order was (baconator with medium fry, and medium drink, then a large fry for myself and 2 small chocolate frosties).
Point 1. The lady at the drive through was incredibly rude. Everytime I would say something she would cut me off, and tell me to hurry up, then list off the wrong items.
Point 2. When she swiped my debit card and gave it back I had to ask for my receipt. "The receipt machine is broken" was her reply. I told her I will not go anywhere until I have something for my personal records. She did at least offer to take a picture of the order screen with my phone and I said that would be fine and I thanked her.
Point 3. I peaked just to make sure everything was in there. There were no berries but instead what looked like 3 fries so I asked the guy handing me the food (who btw was much nicer than the lady but only marginally) to which he responded "oh we're not offering that anymore" so I asked him "why is it on your menu then? and why didn't the lady taking the order tell me?" If that really is the case and I was told upfront I would not be upset, but at least my child could have opted for the apples instead of the fried if he wanted. Well it looked like everything else was in there though the 3rd fry container looked a bit small for a large but then I don't really do fast food so...
Point 4. upon reaching home we sat down to eat and come to find out that in the 3rd fry container were in fact chicken nuggets.... No wonder it was so tiny. To add to that, there was no toy in the kids meal.
Normally sub-par service doesn't phase me, and I just let it go, but this was so bad it cannot be ignored. They have officially lost my family as customers, and I will gladly warn anyone...
   Read moreWell to start off with... Pulled up to the speaker.. discussing our order between my husband and I, when I mentioned what I wanted. Over the speaker you hear someone say NO!.... Now, I have a sense of humor... But when your no even Greeted after pulling up.. that's Just plain out Rude.. So we Order 2Baconator! Combo meal.... They tell us they have NO SODAS!!! SO we ordered lemonade and tea.. well we get to the window. We pay for our food. Not only did they hand us our drinks without Straws... But the tea looked so clear as if it was just sugar water with just a hint of tea . Like theyre just trying to water down all the tea to stretch it out until they closed for the night... Then they hand us one bag. Then tell us there waiting on fries... WAIT!!! WHAT!???. why would you hand only one bag out with old fries .. and the other with fries fries??? Really.... Then.... My sandwich.. wasn't a baconator.... It was made like one..... But that sandwich was so Hot .. đ„” my mouth was on đ„....fire!!!!! All I could think could have happen... Was they could have ran out of meat. Used a previous sandwich to make our sandwich... Or got ketchup and habanero mixed up... But people need to pay more attention to what they're doing... And be more aware, respectful.. BE MORE PROFESSIONAL.... YOUR THE VIEW OF THE BUSINESS.. I've worked in the restaurant business chain.. I know I would want to be treated with respect. So I would treat you with respect.. But it goes to show that this night crew has no care in the world for anyone . Just there for a paycheck.. cause the manager is just outside smoking and cigarette. While another employee is back and forth from the Camero to the drive thru window.while were in line... Then.. you have employees that talk to you like trash.. Ask for a straw... The lady goes HUH??? I repeat myself.. she says What??? What happen to manners and Home training... "It's Ma'am!!!".. THIS STORE REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK INTO HIRING DIFFERENT MANAGERS...
