#wendysbartram I would like to either praise Wendy's stance on hiring people with chromosomal deformalities and also wonder why they are using those employees on their front line dealing with the customer, or complain that the person taking my order is consistently high as a kite every-time she takes my order. She has a GREAT smile and the Wendy's is VERY new. I've been to this location about 7 times since it recently opened because of the proximity to my work. I can walk there on my lunch break and take the food back to my office. I've received my order correct once out of the 7 times. 3 times they gave me onions, and 3 times my order was incorrect entirely (completely different burger from what was on my receipt). Today my order was wrong again, and I didn't notice until I got back to my office. Like usual I asked for no onions (which now I'm understanding that you have to be a high-school graduate to understand so I can't complain with the staff), aside from extra onions, there was some kind of dark blue colored plasticky slimy string on my "burger". This was disgusting. The frightening thing was that if I had not checked my burger for onions, I would have never seen the foreign object. I lost my appetite and knew even if I walked back to Wendy's, my lunch break would be over by the time I ate their nauseating food. The staff smile and the Wendy's is new, their food is unappetizing and what is the reason for advertising fast food if you are waiting on them to correct your order EVERY TIME? Well once they got my order right, but the spicy chicken sandwich was cold and dry. There was no way that thing was made the same day... but HEY! They got my order right that time! Good job Wendy's! I gave this place 7 attempts. Walk in and look at their staff. The food looks like it was made by them. The last time I was there, the girl taking my order noticed my nametag and asked "Is Yall Hirin?". No, no we are not looking for anyone with your skills, you are working at the...
Read moreI placed an order for 3 different meals. We got up to the window, and we were missing an entire meal. The manager Alicia stated she misunderstood us and only put an order in for 2 meals, and stated it was her fault that she incorrectly put the order in. (Which was fine, mistakes happened). She then told us she couldn’t fix the order, and we would have to DRIVE BACK AROUND AND GET BACK IN THE LONG LINE AND PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE MISSING ORDER THAT SHE ADMITTED TO HAVING PUT IN CORRECLTY.
We were noticeably upset by this. Another employee (Whitney) heard the conversation and stated she would quickly make the order and we could pull forward. Alicia (the manager) then told us, “she’s not my boss and you guys have to pull around,” then she went on to yell and scold Whitney in front of us in the drive-thru and customers in the lobby.
Whitney then asked us the order, quickly made it ALL while Alicia was in the window still refusing to put the order in. Whitney handed it out the window to us hot and fresh in a matter of 2 minutes of catching wind of the conversation.
I explained to Alicia that I am the owner of a local Bagel Bar. I strive to make every customer feel appreciated and their concerns heard. That’s not what was displayed at this Wendy’s today. Alicia was cold, nonchalant, and it was apparent she didn’t want to be there
I applaud Whitney who is only an employee for stepping in to quickly rectify the situation. There was a line of cars behind me, and I was not moving to go back around in line due to the Manager’s admitted mistake. I expressed that I wasn’t moving and Alicia didn’t care. She only cared to continuously tell me that she doesn’t take orders at drive through. She is a sad representation of a national franchise.
I use to visit here 2x-3x a week, now I don’t feel comfortable going back. Hopefully this is rectified ASAP so that other customers don’t feel the way I felt, and is treated the way I...
Read moreWendy’s is about my third pic but my fiancé loves Wendy’s. So I do enjoy their bacon Nader french fries and the junior bacon cheeseburger two of my faves. Well I got the ”Baconator” fries and when I got home I was sad to find that the sauce was barely there that shredded cheese had been put under it. I could see some sticking out instead of on top, and I don’t know if they were running low on bacon, but I definitely wouldn’t call that amount “Baconator”. They also forgot the “Son of Baconator” burger, we were in drive through, I had had to remind them prior that I hadn’t gotten my Baconator Fries, and when we told them about the Son of the Baconator, they all looked at each other like we were trying to scam them. The female asked if we’d ordered and paid for it, I said ofcourse look at the board or receipt. I felt so judged I offered to hand them the bag so they can see for themselves, but she said no, and went and made the sandwich. No apology for not giving us 2 out of 5 items, no trying to smooth out the accusatory looks, and questions. No smile, or anything. I was made to feel as though I was an annoyance after being thought of me and my fiancé being burger thieves! Out of 3 people, the cashier young man, young lady probably who makes the orders, and pretty sure the woman with the worst attitude was the manager or a...
