Wendy's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I was a Wendys kid since before the superbar was in the stores. In the last two years, I have gotten chic fil a level consistency from Wendys, in that they now provide consistent bad customer service. My last visit, at 8:15 pm on commonwealth in Jacksonville, was one such experience. I was greeted at drive through with "thanks for choosing Wendys. Full stop. Into the silence I made my brief order (1 meal) and was met with more silence, then "drive around". At the window, no one spoke. Not one word. Even as I politely asked for "extra ketchup please" silence. No total, no reciept (tough luck for me, company trip and now I am out of pocket). The meal was cold, sandwich very dry, and the beverage was thin (low syrup). 0% on guest service here. This would have been understandable if they had been packed maybe, but I was only car in line. I will leave my Email for Wendys, again, as I have in the past, but I get the feeling the lack of customer service does not stop at the associate level, because I have not been contacted by Wendys about my other bad experiences (which led to a family embargo on spending any...

if i could give 0 stars i would, this location sucks, worst wendys ever. bf placed a mobile order and paid then they ignored him at counter for 10 min and he had to ask where our order is and they say they dont have it in the system meanwhile he can see his name on the screen says in progress and then ready, so he shows them his phone with the order and they magically find it in the computer but try to tell him he has to go through drive through when we chose inside pickup and they are taking orders inside also, then they didnt give him my lemonade at all, gave us cold food, after waiting over 30 min and gave him a half full drink with no ice, so he dumped it to make it himself and some customer asking him why he pouring his drink out like its her business, not to mention all the staff was VERY rude, and lazy no one is working they just dont wanna do anything, now i remember why i never go to this location, its...

Went to grab some food one night around 9pm and most of the things I asked for, they were out of and when I asked for a frosty they said they were out. The employee said they were closing soon (around 9-10pm). So, I called the Commonwealth location where I was just at and a different employee answered the phone. I asked him what time they close and he said 12am. They weren't closing any time soon and hadn't even started the closing process. They were just too busy being lazy and playing around inside. We could see them through the door by the drive thru menu, and hear them through the intercom. Before we even got noticed, we watched them play around for at least 10 minutes before they asked us what we'd like to order. Love Wendy's but poor service at the Commonwealth location. Went back tonight just to deal with the same issues, ended up going somewhere else for dinner. Definitely will NOT be back to...
