Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Pizza 🍕 is decent and prices 💲 are very decent also. Another thing that I love is that their pizza dough is thoroughly cooked and not smothered in tomato sauce... However, I have to say.........

Yesterday I tried the pretzel pizza...I liked the concept, I did not liked two things: way too much salt and a cheese-whiz-like sauce. I understand that pretzels are loaded with large amounts of salt; however you can 🪥 them off easily to your liking (that's part of the ritual of eating 🥨 BUT...This pizza has grease and sauce that makes the brushing-off hard and messy! )

The thing is that: every other ingredient is very salty (the cheesy sauce, the pepperoni,etc) so it is a mouthful of salt that probably amounts to your yearly requirements of sodium 🧂. So good concept/bad execution! Placed my order called back one minute later to change one of the things on my order the phone was picked up and no one said hello. I sat on the phone listening to the employees so I was assuming they just sat the phone on the counter me needing my order changed right away I drove there still on the line when I walked in the phone was as I assumed on the counter. I told the manager I was on the phone so they could hang up I asked why they did that he told me they was busy I proceeded to tell him I needed my order changed he told me no he couldn’t do that needless to say he ended up doing so . Came back 20 min later my order was t all ready and what was was sitting on the counter cold not in the warm up station where it was sopose to be when finished. If I could give 0 star I would. This place will never get another dollar from me. I use to order from here at least 1 time a week but never again. For the pass 3 weeks I call to order my pizza to be made fresh. I believe it's the same person every time that answer the phone but then she places me on hold. I had waited over 15 to 30 min the last 2 time I drove to the location still on hold and I go in and let them know they have me on hold. They must think it's funny but I find this to be very unprofessional. I will not be returning and I encourage others not to either. I'll just pay an extra 10 to 15 to eat somewhere else. Where the customer service is good and their capable of answering the phone and taking people orders. It's too many kids working here and I don't want kids playing over my food. I want the number to corporate they need to know about this location asap. They need to have a real manager and crew that...
