The first time I visited this location was after they opened. It was nice and the food was fresh. To no avail, my second visit this evening was horrible. The chicken fingers looked as if they were prepared in old grease. The flavor was supposed had been lemon pepper which looked like black pepper, double fry to replace the cole slaw, I was given an overseasoned less than single fry. Before I took my order from the unpleasant black girl with the afro, I confirmed what my order should have been. She looked me directly in my face and lied. I'm glad I checked my order before pulling off bc her demeanor let me know she was lying about my order. When I returned to the window, she told me we're closed. I sat in your darn drive thru for 25 minutes behind another customer who was waiting on his order. She told me, "we don't have no more fries my manager said", his name was Jonah. I had to request a refund three times before he gave me my money back and refused to provide me a refund receipt. I told him I need my receipt for proof that my card was credited. The outside looks like a reputable Zaxby's however what's being produced from the inside is deplorable. The entire management team needs an upgrade from Jonah, Lisa (GM), and Ron (RM) *names provided to me by Jonah.
This location needs to be replaced with Chick-fil-A. I will never patronize this location again. They serve half your food order with old food and the customer service, sucks. The wait time is another complaint that I won't waste anymore of my time to post about bc there are complaints posted and NOTHING has been done to rectify this locations lack luster of service. Waiting, waiting, waiting, trying to be patient, not saying anything as I see order after order AFTER me, drive thru and dine-in, get theirs.
At about 30 minutes I finally speak up and their first reaction? - They want to trifle over 23 minutes vs I said half an hour. Insulting, rude, disrespectful, dismissive, flat-out don't give af about someone waiting BECAUSE ITS DELIVERY, and she even admitted it!
I asked her how can this happen, how can it take so long when I sat here and saw you capable of cranking out orders AFTER mine - why did I have to wait so long? And she straight up said "Because they're dine-in"
Delivery is still a PAYING CUSTOMER. You're purposely choosing to make paying delivery customers WAIT as long as it takes to get the rush of drive-thru and dine-in orders down. Who cares about delivery customers?-Not trashby's
Delivery drivers are not paid by the hour, not to mention all the wear and tear on our cars and we're pretty much helping your restaurant too by delivering your food.
It's absolute bs to make them and your customers wait just because. - I'll never pick up here again and if you **off enough delivery drivers, they'll stop picking up too, and the delivery customers will notice and theyll stop ordering from you - I see it happen.
