It’s a very nice place. Yes the wait can vary but it also depends on the staff. I see that there are only a few people working when there should be more. The staff has to pick up the slack of the missing co-workers and yes it adds time to your food. There’s also stress. When people come on waves it can be very stressful to the staff. Also it can be extremely stressful on the cashier. They get flustered and nervous and a lot can go through their mind. They’re people too, they have stuff at home or somewhere in their life that can sometimes butt in to their work mindset. It’s sad to see when customers yell at the cashier like it’s their fault when their food isn’t ready yet. The cashier dosent make your food, they take your order and deal with your money. THATS IT. There’s no reason to take out your anger at them when they’re the ones taking your order and being extremely nice. McDonalds can be a great place and yes sometimes it’s a little irritating, but they’re people too just trying to earn money and for the minors to get experience at a job and save money for a car, or necessities they will need through...
Read moreI loved this McDonald's until it got renovated. It looks good on the inside, especially the hello wall when you walk in, but the prices have gone through the roof and they continue to rise. It's almost cheaper to go out to a restaurant now. I used to be able to buy two coffees for the price of one Dunkin Donuts coffee across the street, but now it's not even worth it to go there. They keep hiring new people and my coffee is made different every time I go. At least it's always the same at Dunkin Donuts. There's a machine inside now where you can place your own order. They are pushing it's use so hard that I have been completely ignored when I went up to the counter to the point where I walked out. Another time I ordered coffee at the counter, but the employee went over to the machine and ordered it through there. It takes so much longer to use it than to just walk up to the counter and place an order. The only good thing about this McDonald's is a bubby, fast talking girl who usually works the drive through....
Read moreWe asked for the special 2/ $3.99 3 doubles and a McChicken. What we received were 3 double cheeseburgers and a McChicken. The difference in price was about $6.00. We didn't notice until we were seated that we were overcharged. Went back to ask what happened. We were told we didn't order McDoubles. We ordered double cheeseburgers. The difference is apparently an extra piece of cheese. We paid $6 for 2 pieces of cheese. If you say, "I would like the special," that should be a clear indication of what you want to order. An apology for the misunderstanding would have been nice, but that was...
