Pariah Coffee is a true destination for coffee lovers, specializing in high-quality Colombian coffee. Their menu covers all the essentials—espresso, cappuccino, flat white, latte—along with a pour-over selection featuring four carefully sourced Colombian beans. These beans come from plantations at different altitudes, each with unique flavor profiles, making for a rare and curated experience. The interior is simple and unpretentious, but that’s because this place is all about coffee. The staff is deeply knowledgeable and passionate—they’re eager to discuss coffee, understand your preferences, and introduce you to flavors you didn’t even know existed. It’s not just about drinking coffee here; it’s about experiencing it. Their roasting process happens on-site, evident from the presence of roasting machines and stacks of unroasted beans. The equipment is top-tier, and every step of their process is dedicated to bringing out the best in each cup. The service is warm and engaging, making every visit feel personalized. If you’re looking for expertly crafted, high-quality coffee—or want to learn more about what goes into a great cup—this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

The coffee was great and there is lots of room inside for you to study and sit at but a few things were odd to me. Instead of just ordering normally like most coffee shops, they had a kiosk tablet to order your drinks at. They said it helps when its busy in summer which may be true, but when i was ordering there was no line and it just odd as I was trying to figure out how to find a simple coffee on out of all the different categories on the tablet while the barrista was standing right there and could have taken my order in a fraction of the time. While sitting down later on some of the staff were talking about some topics that probably shouldnt be mentioned around random customers. Finally they close at 1pm which is definitely inconvenient if you are wanting to set up shop to study all day, but thats not so serious. Overall I liked the coffee shop and would definitely be willing to come back and give it another try - but these were just a few things that seemed strange to me.

This is the only coffee shop on the west side of the island. It's pretty cool too as they serve coffee in the morning and wine at night. They have a record player in a little lounge area and you can hang out, sit, talk and drink or to relax. They have a variety of coffees which is great. The only downside is the portion sizes are very small and you're essentially paying double for a coffee. They do taste good as we went there a couple of times on our stay. The place is pretty cool and clean and the service is great.

We got really lucky with the timing of our vacation and the opening of this coffee shop. I'm a coffee nerd and I traveled without my gear this trip (French press, grinder, fresh coffee beans, etc.) so I thought I was destined to drink the blackened charcoal bitter mess of Starbuck's coffee. I was not looking forward to Starbuck's but it's better than drinking old pre-ground coffee from the dirty coffee maker in the AirBnB.

So off we headed toward Starbucks until I saw this place on the way. We stopped here instead (and you have to be careful, Google directions had the shop located in the adjacent gym but it's east of the gym in the row of shops). Man I'm glad we did.

This coffee shop is great. High-end equipment. They have sourced their beans from a local roaster. The owner and staff know their stuff: I geeked out with the owner for a good 10 minutes while they were making our order.

Most importantly the coffee was great. I got a cappuccino and my wife got a chocolate latte. We've gone back every morning to this place the entire week we were here (we are early risers compared to the rest of...

Coffee is decent. The owner has completely lost touch with his customers requiring ordering on a touch screen while the barista stands begins it. A conversation with the employee indicates that the tablet has virtually made him irrelevant and he is not wrong. He suggested that I contact the owner about it but could not provide me contact info but told me I could walk down to the gym and get a card there because he owns that as well. That is not worth the effort. I am positive if the customer service approach changed he would have a full coffee bar and not just one lonely guy sitting there. The pastries in the case looked good but considering the traffic through there these were NOT going to be fresh. Not worth your trip there, even if the coffee is good. Find something better.

Update: I have read a number of the other reviews and it appears the same complaints have been reported before. The ownership is deft to the reviews and clearly does not care. Do better or get out of the business. This could be a gem instead is it on the same level as a coin-op...
