Arby's — Restaurant in Jamestown

I recently had a chance to grab a bite at Arby’s, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience. I decided to try their Classic Roast Beef Sandwich, and it didn’t disappoint. The meat was super tender and seasoned just right—definitely a step up from the usual fast-food fare.

What I really appreciated was the freshness of the sandwich; the bun was soft and didn’t feel like it had been sitting around forever. I also added some of their zesty Horsey Sauce, which gave it a nice little kick—just what I needed!

I ordered my meal with a side of curly fries, which are always a fun choice. They were crispy and had that perfect mix of crunch and seasoning. I could’ve eaten a whole bucket of them!

The service was friendly, too. The staff was attentive and made sure my order was correct, which is always a bonus. Overall, it was a simple, satisfying fast-food experience. If you’re in the mood for a hearty sandwich and some good fries, Arby’s definitely fits the bill. I’d recommend...

Giving this place one star is ten times more than they deserve but I had to give it so I could tell everyone what happened there today on my lunch break...I ordered a triple thick BLT meal, when I got into my sandwich the bacon was like shoe leather so I took it back up and asked for another one...the manager tried telling me that this is how it's supposed to be...it was like jerky...I said no I've had several and this is not how they are supposed to be...needless to say I received my new sandwich and it wasn't much better...I proceed to eat my lunch...now some 20 minutes later on my drive to Erie pa I feel a rumble in the deepest depth of my stomach...made me clench my cheeks...I made it to Erie without incident by the grace of God...now I have been pissing out my ass for the last 4 hours...moral of the story you may ask...if they mess up your sandwich don't ask for a new one just ask for a refund...btw I'm writing this as I sit...

Worst service I've ever recieved... smh tonight 1/11/19 an older Spanish man that was in drive threw was very rude... then I ask for manager and never got a response other than yes we have one when I asked... And shut the window in my face... so I waited to see if the manager would come and ahe did.. she was nice and I recieved extra poppers..when I pulled away I realized they forgot my son's fries.. so I turned around and went back inside and he was at counter... I brought my receipt to counter and told him I was missing a fry and got no response ignored and was messing with the computer walked away and grabbed fries after 5 mins and put them in bag..now my other food is cold and my milk shake is melted.. it was very unfortunate to have to be treated in...
