I love having personal service eyeball to eyeball with the owner. He knows more than I'll ever know about computers. He makes sure you're satisfied with the service and is accessible if you have any questions afterwards. I don't know how you could ask anymore. The pricing is very fair.

I think it's absolutely crazy that Google will actually post a one star review that someone gives just because they were not open!!! Or a one star review because they asked how much it would cost and they tell them $85 an hour. They are just being honest why should you be punished for that. ...Just because you go to a restaurant for example and think it's too expensive doesn't mean you should give them one star. It just means you're personally not willing to pay it. But some of us believe in getting what you pay for.

I read the reviews and judge for myself I think Google has a horrible star system.

I have been into The Computer Den for several repairs throughout the years. I have had nothing but good luck with these guys. The Computer Den is my first and only choice for computer repair, and have been nothing but happy with them.

I have dealt with them on multiple occasions and at no point have they been rude to me, or badmouthed anyone else. They even have advised me not to spend money there because it's not worth it to fix my computer. I find it unfortunate that other local businesses feel the need to post bad reviews to try and hurt the reputation of other businesses. Went to the Computer Den to get a new gaming rig a while back and they did everything right. Whenever they ran into an issue they called me and explained what was going on and what they could do for me. Few phone calls and a week or so later and I had my new gaming rig. I've had it for a while now and have had no issues or problems. The owner is a great guy to speak with, and understood exactly what I wanted to do with my rig...gaming. Nothing extra was pushed on me. Regardless of what others say check them out, never hurts to walk...
