First thing the burger King app is crazy the prices are ridiculous I thought it's supposed to be the same prices as the restaurant. That's shady cause if it's connected to the store and not doordash the other restaurant apps have the same prices. I ordered on March 17th and a item was missing it was not in and I called and the employee wrote me in the book to remedy the situation. On March 18th I ordered and I called to see if they could just send what was written in the book with that order and the manager who refused to give me her name was very rude and disrespectful said she don't care what the book said she not gonna honor it I said can I talk to her manager she said her name was miss amber and immediately hung up on me. So when I get the new order it's sloppy and not put together right and I didn't want the food I just wanted a refund cause the way she was talking I didn't trust that my food was ok I even called the other burger King and they were nice and said they would have amber call me. Trust me after they remedy the situation I will never order from there again the one on center avenue janesville Wisconsin. And never from the app That's extortion all prices should be the same that's on the menu and the app I get the delivery fees. When a customer ask your your name you can't tell them I'm not giving you my name she need to be written up or fired cause if I was the owner she would have been you never know who you talking to if you don't like your job or not good with people you shouldn't be working a job that deals with people constantly I'm very angry and I could have been enjoying my food and been asleep cause I work 7days a week 12 to 16 hour days. Only to get to the window and be told we were charged for the person either in front or behind us, they can't tell us which because they themselves aren't sure. On top of that they proceed to charge our card again a second time without any notification or explination until after the fact. The card only had so much on it for dinner, now it was over drafted and on top of the douple swipe I'm getting an overdraft fee. When I tried to explain this to the manager on shift, he acted like it was a joke and was offended that we were upset over the overcharge at all. We then asked for a receipt and were denied saying the machine was broken, how convenient. When then asked to write down our order number and manager on shift we were laughed at and argued with. The service was slow, and unfriendly, aside from not once as I recall put napkins in my bag. I've yet to get my food with no ketchup since I can remember. I do not put ketchup on my burgers, and they consistently get that simple request wrong... Hard to believe but that's how they operate...I called to speak with a manager and he was very unprofessional in his approach to this on going issue as if it was no big deal...I called again with the same issue 2 days later and not once did he give me the impression that I mattered in all this....I had been going there on my lunch break at least 2-3 times a week, but now I stopped because it's clear to me they don't value the customers business enough to get that issue addressed...
