oriental express — Restaurant in Janesville

I ordered my dinner, I waited 40 min before calling to check on the order. The lady that answered had her manager call me back and he informed me that it would be another 10 min to be delivered to me. I live 6 blocks away, i ordered through their website and had already paid for the delivery so I wasn't going to pick it up.the guy showed up handed my food to me didn't apologize for the delay or wait time and just left. My food was barely room temp only thing warm was the sauce. When we called to inform them they tried blaming it on the weather being colder so the food isn't hot by the time it gets to me. Then she tried to say they were super busy with orders so they cool off when waiting to be delivered. Very unsatisfied and unprofessional. Will not be ordering here again. I used to order here alot and raved about them. They have gone downhill and won't take responsibility for their lack of attention to their online service or the quality of the product...

Didn't eat there The 2 soups ordered tasted like dirty dish water with no protein or flavor.. Yuck.. Apps were decent..ie.. Egg rolls.. But the deep fried scallops were greasy and mush., 🤢... My entree was mushrooms and chicken with extra veggies should have something other than jarred mushrooms.. Also my Broccoli included the with stocks.. The sauce was cold and clumpy.. And almost gelatin.. Sorry but gross..I spent$44 for overpriced for delivered food that was gross, inedible, and frisky over priced for the quality I got..I really want a refund because this is a disgrace as a Chinese restaurant in the South side of Janesville... I've been in where doves with better prices and food quality... Sorry for being bein new to the area... You lost me...

Avoid, the freezer section of your grocery store would get higher marks in my opinion than this place. New to the area and wanted to get food while working, so placed and order for combo rice, eggrolls...ect. Smelled good, but when we got it back home.... both said at the same time, NEVER going back there. Food is bland, tasted like frozen and without any seasoning.... the chicken in the fried rice was still white. We joke, going back and forth from Chicago to here that we should bring them some food and tell them to make it like this, but that might be a waste of good food. 100% my vote for worst Chinese food I've ever had, and I've had it off roach...
