7/31/24 Editing my previous review because I can't seem to generate a new one. I just got home from another stellar expectation exceeding experience at vape n juice. Kenzie is another outrageous asset to your business. She's a sweetheart she's bubbly, professional, super sweet, funny, and Incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I'm absolutely loving everything I got today from her. Gosh from the excellent prices that far exceed the competition in Janesville, service, the cleanliness of the business, & the incredibly helpful professional staff. Hands down the best head vape shop in town! I tell everyone I know who Vapes to take their business to all y'all! The new establishment a few doors down is not 1/16th as awesome as your place! I can't wait for my new vapes to run out so I can go see Clay and Kenzie again! Thank you all for being so awesome!

This has become my new favorite shop to obtain Vapes. I normally go in when Clay happens to be working! He's very knowledgeable super friendly, and has never steered me wrong! He knows I hate grape so when I have questions about strangely named flavors, he always skips over those grapey flavored ones! That being said, if you do then get your booty in here. They've got any flavor you can think of and 3 different brands that have a version of it. The house flavors are also all incredible, doubly so since they will mix flavors if you ask nicely.

The staff is always super chipper and helpful. Any time Ive had a vague idea of what I want, they do everything they can to get it to me. I've walked in with little more than "I want something fruity, but also kind of sour, and I need it with ice" and they will go through brands and explain each one happily. I love this...

I went in today as a beginner to vaping and alex taught me the do's and donts with the vape mod and etc. He was dope as heck and explained how to use the vape mod. I had a horrible experience across the street at the competitor store , they basically rushed me out and sold me products i didnt even ask for. the next day i went to this shop and dude expained it all to me. Showed me juices id actually like and took his time. This shop is hella dope and totally has good vibes. Most definitely will be coming back for all my vape products. Customer service...
