Culver’s — Restaurant in Janesville

I went tonight just for the Caramel Peanut Buttercup flavor of the day. A dismal disappointment! There were a few pieces of chocolate and void in the center of the cone. I showed the employee that my cone was nothing like what was advertised. She said it's peanut butter flavored. I said I expected caramel too. The picture on their website shows this beautiful, chunky confection. I was not impressed with what I was given. To make matters worse, as she handed it to me, it was dripping over and through the napkin. I couldn't even make it from the counter to a table and the whole thing was melting. She'd hidden the severely broken waffle cone. I found the waffle cone to be in pieces. The whole experience left me feeling that I did not get what I paid for. I won't bother ever going to the Culver's on Court St. again. It appears to be an under performing franchise. I cannot begin to imagine what a burger from them would...

Went to do curbside pick up had a 78.00 dollar order got there and activated our order for pick up and waited for about 20 25 min. Before we went inside and find out the never started it but took the money already couldnt use coupons cuz the already charged our card for order manager says it not their problem its franchise. Waited about another 10 min. To get our food and them get all the way home and realized they never gave us drinks it was ridculoius pay that much money and get terrible service like that is uncalled for. Never will go back to culver on this side of town again manager was rude when we called about the missing sodas as well so they lost a...

Talk about BAD service. After waiting in the drive through for 30+ minutes we finally made it to the speaker to place our order. We were greeted by a young lady who said their computers went down. She said that we would have to pull back around and park then someone could come to our vehicle to place our order. When I asked if she could just take our order since we JUST got up to the window after waiting we were told "Sorry NO!" and she slammed the window shut in my face! What HORRENDOUS service.

Make this right Culver's! This was the last straw for an already terrible day! We just wanted something familiar...
