Ordered 2 6inch BLT'S with extra mayo for my kids, only to come all the way home to bread, mayo, and bacon. So I call and tell them they didn't put the tomatoes or lettuce on the sub. They respond with "well we don't have the authority to re-make the sub." I then tell them I wouldn't mind them giving me the tomatoes and lettuce on the sub or on the side, they then respond with "well we can't do that either its a contamination issue." REALLY? Giving me tomatoes and lettuce in a side container/dish is an issue!? Though this lady did not have the "authority" to correct/remake my SUB SANDWICH, she did have authority to refund/reimburse my debit card for the bs subs I payed for, then had taken the subs back. Crazy how a sub as simple as a B-L-T can get so complicated. I then asked for a manager, they said they could take my name, number, and ADDRESS [yes, address] to give to the manager and she can call me. I didnt care much about not having subway for dinner, but my kids were pretty set and excited for their BLTS. I've never been so disappointed in Subway. I get mistakes happen, I know we are only human, but as a business, its your JOB to make it right! this could of been a simple fix, yet STILL hasnt been fixed. bravo to court...
Read moreThey made my take out sub to go with the least amount of ingredients. Shame on you Court street subway. Believe it or not I actually went back there a week or so ago due to time restraints .Sub TO GO is a big mistake! What I got was stale bread probably from the day before. My advice is to Always tell them it’s for eating on site. That way you will get fresh bread, then when they start to wrap it up tell them “I changed my mind I’ll have it to go”. Needless to say I will never go there again!

This time instead of just paying out the difference attempted to ignore me for almost 10 minutes until finally I told them to either give me the overcharged amount or refund me this was meet with stammered excuses and loud voices, finally well after I've lost my appetite I get the overcharged amount and employees loudly commented on the situation, all and all incredibly improper customer service.
