Just had the worst service ever by "Robby" he was so rude and had the worst attitude. No one greeted me when I got there to pick up my mobil order, I watched them make both my items, say my name off the ticket (but not to me or ask who I was) once both items were made, they were put in a cooler next to me... ok... so I finally asked if I could get that blizzard and freeze you just made, "We'll get to you, when we have someone available to do that!" as multiple employees work behind the counter, all seem scared of this Robby guy, as you can see from my photo. I was treated with disrespect, impatience and as if I annoyed him. So sorry I want my ice cream. He then brought out my ice cream out of the cooler and set it behind him, instead of, you know, GIVING IT TO ME, he then proceeded to help another customer that came in after me that ordered hot food. I expressed my disbelief at what I was watching, Robby complains how he needs to put lids on my Misty Freeze and Blizzard. Dude you need to put a lid on something that's for sure. I called corporate before I even left the parking lot. Got refunded for my entire order. Enjoy your Performance Improvement Plan Robby. Frostie Freeze will get my money...
Read moreA bunch of kids working, standing around talking and looking confused inside. I spent just over $9 for 2 small blizzards and also ordered a pup cup, which the worker asked if there was a dog in the car?. It's the saddest accuse for a pup cup I have ever seen, and they're worried a human might be getting it for free? Get real. Culver's charges $1 for a for a scoop plus a milk bone, DD does a big whipped cream cup with a munchkin, other places do decent portions, I don't mind paying. If you guys are too cheap to put more than the tip of a spoons worth of ice cream for a dog don't even bother. I rat wouldn't have been satisfied with that serving. Last time we got a normal size scoop. Absolutely ridiculous for the money spent here. I went in and paid $2.10 for a 1 scoop for my dog and the worker was sarcastic pointing to the line where the ice cream should have been. It wasn't even to that line! Maybe don't get smart with a customer in the 1st place. Terrible attitude from employees inside. Girl doing drive thru even seemed embarrassed by the pup cup as she...
Read moreNot recommended. I definitely work in fast food and swear I just got ripped off with my order. I ordered a small milkshake and payed for a SMALL milkshake. They then gave me my small milkshake in a MINI blizzard cup. I definitely know what 12 oz cups look like so I decided to call back and speak with the manager. She explained to me that they ran out of small clear milkshake cups so they were serving milkshakes in blizzard cups, which happens sometimes. But what bothered me the most is she assured me the MINI blizzard cup size is 12 oz (just smaller looking) but if that is true why did I get a 6oz cup instead of a 12 oz cup? Especially if I payed… then to confirm the lie the manager told me, I looked up the website for Dairy Queen blizzard sizes and shake sizes. Which definitely explained MINI BLIZZARDS are 6oz and SMALL MILKSHAKES are 12 oz. Definitely lost us as customers!!! NOT...
