Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Janesville

Had a pre order for pickup for 7 pm on Thursday. Order was suppose to be for 3 pizzas, 2 fries, garlic bread, cheese sticks, and 2 double order of breadsticks 48 dollars or so worth. Get to pick up window about 705 even allowed little extra time and was told to pull forward and it be out in 5 mins. So we sat for 45 mins roughly and watched about 12 or 13 cars get their food after waiting . So eventually went back through drive through and asked about my order and then had asked me what was order and that they had to remake the order now !!!!! Nobody ever came and told us this while waiting . Was not offered anything but a cookie and in the end did not receive the cookie, garlic bread and one of the fries . By the time we got our food it was about 8:20 pm !!!!! Was not credited or refunded or not even compensated at all. Poor service and I am a regular with this place my whole life . I ordered a personal pan pizza for carry out, costing $5.36 with additional marina cup. I suggested that they don't skimp on the cheese, and when I got it, I opened it up because I don't trust after 3 orders in Janesville and one terrible order in Stoughton some time ago. Fact: your pizza is dehydrated, dried out sauce exposed, and weak on cheese. Even when I paid extra for cheese, it looked like expired gas station food! I can get a take-out $5-6 medium pizza that's better than this. Your pizzas are certainly profitable, and an absolute RIP-off! I feel when you order food in advance for you to eat at your 30min lunch break and they don’t deliver the pizza because we didn’t come to the phone. I’m at work, can’t talk on the phone at work. They took our pizza back and we have no lunch. The manager Shea got his feelings hurt because I yelled at him for not having the driver bring inside and he hung up. They deliver here all the time.
