Kelly's Roast Beef New Port Richey — Restaurant in Jasmine Estates

We are originally from Massachusetts we used to eat at Kelly's Roast Beef all the time and similar places just like them.

When we heard Kelly’s opened up the street from us we were excited.

We have missed authentic MA authentic Roast Beef sandwiches.

Not many people who have tried to bring the authentic Roast Beef to our area have been successful. I had high hopes for Kelly seeing they have other franchises in other area in FL.

We went there on Sunday. I ordered a LG Roast Beef XTRA sauce & XTRA mayo, my husband ordered a LG XTRA sauce, XTRA mayo, cheese and onions.

We were both very disappointed! I read that Kelly's was sold to a franchise in January and they were going to keep everything the same.

We had to pay XTRA for the onion bun.

The Roast Beef was DRY and very well DONE not the usual med rare that Kelly used to serve.

Neither one of us got XTRA sauce and mayo.

My husband’s sandwich had CHEESY SAUSE Just like Arby's serve. NOT SLICED CHEESE.

He also had diced cooked onions not like the original raw Onions like Kelly's used to serve.

We were very disappointed.

As someone with celiac disease, finding truly gluten-free comfort food, especially fried favorites like chicken tenders or fish sandwiches, is nearly impossible. That’s why I’m beyond grateful to have Kelly’s Roast Beef open nearby!

From the moment I walked in, the service was fantastic. Olivia and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, informed, and safe. Even though the location had only been open a few days, the staff already operates with care and professionalism that made me feel completely at ease.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. It was such a joy to enjoy crispy, satisfying fried food again without the fear of cross-contamination. The fact that Kelly’s offers a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and cooking procedures is a total game-changer for the celiac community.

We went in during lunch time. The place was packed. It's their grand opening day. Why not give it a try? The kitchen is huge and it's open so you can see everyone working hard back there. The cashiers were kind, helpful, and friendly. After you place the order they give you a number and bring the food to your table. I didn't see anything vegan on the menu but you could get a caesar salad or fries if you don't eat meat. They put mayo on their roast beef sandwiches and my bf wasn't too fond of that, but we just found out here in someone else's review that Kelly's has horseradish so he can't wait to try it again. The workers kept coming by to see if we needed anything and asked how our meal was. It was pleasant. The restaurant was very clean by the way. Also, there's outdoor seating which is pretty cool!...
