Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jasper

Ordered online and received my order incorrectly made for the 3rd time. Called store and spoke with employee explaining that my daughter was allergic and that the pizza couldn’t be eaten due to allergies. Employee spoke with manager and then informed me that they do not correct online ordering and apologized but informed me that I could replace my order and she would make sure to make a note on my profile. So my daughter didn’t get to eat at I literally had $25 to my name and my order was $21 and although the order wasn’t right I still tipped their driver. My entire family eats pizza sometimes multiple times a week even my extended family! So needless to say I will not be giving my business to our local domino’s again. I could understand if I was always calling but I have never had anything replaced even when wrong nor have I ever asked. Disappointed is an understatement!! Pizza Hut or papa John’s is where I will be giving our business to from now on. Not only was it all the money I had at the time, it went to waste because of my daughter’s allergies. This is the ONLY place in Jasper that my family frequents for dinner because we don't have to worry about less than par or unclean employees, receiving the wrong order, the food not being prepared as ordered, a filthy store, a long wait, or ridiculously priced menu items. DOMINO'S in Jasper has exceptional customer service, are super clean, makes hot, fresh, and delicious pizza, chicken, pasta dishes, salads, and breads, allows in-app coupons to be used on every order, quick and easy carryout through the drive-thru or in-store, awesome hours, and overall great attention to detail. I love Domino's Pizza. They have the best 🍕 with perfect sauce. No matter how you do your pizza you can craft your pizza any way you like with their unlimited choice of toppings. The Domino's in Jasper recently moved to a new location and it's now in front of the Jasper Mall it's the old Pinnacle bank building right off 78 highway. I think the move was great for the business because now they have more exposure in a bigger building than before even though they sit off the highway before but it was hidden between other businesses also it was very difficult before getting in and out with a small parking lot.
