The Lunch Box — Restaurant in Jasper

Stop in here for lunch and you will not be disappointed! Today was my third time in and the whole experience was fantastic as always. Simple, cozy decor and I dig the numerous lunchboxes hanging around. I had the Caprese Panini (on rye) and pasta salad. Fresh, quick, light and tasty lunch. I have had the Italian (on ciabatta) which was great as well. (I subbed mustard instead of mayo). The first sandwich and the most talked about among my coworkers is the Buffalo Blue Chicken Sub (on ciabatta). Man, this is hands down one the best sandwiches I've ever had! So after going to a local Bakery in Jasper the owner Vonda recommended we eat lunch here. I’m so glad we listened. Happy Birthday again to our server. She was amazing.
