You guys really need to work on getting it together! I've come to Hardee's 3 different times within the past few weeks and each time I have had issues like missing food, cold coffee (at 7 am, should be fresh), long wait times, and rude interactions with staff. When you guys mess up I always have to park my car and come inside (which completely defeats the purpose of a DRIVE THRU).. The food is always great but the time it takes to get it is ridiculous. I work in drive thru so I understand mistakes happen and things can get difficult, but you shouldn't be messing up like this when you guys are this slow. If the older woman in drive thru would take her time and double check everything and make sure it is there that would help tremendously as well as trying to make customers their priority.. instead of making them wait 5 minutes at the speaker in complete silence, try greeting them and telling them it's gonna be a minute, each time I come here I think is the speaker broken and wonder if I should pull around to order because that is how long she makes me wait before I can order. The younger woman and man that do drive thru (Tony and not sure of her name) but they are wonderful and fast and friendly. Hardee's performance and customer service depends on the day and whether or not certain individuals are working. If Management isn't aware of this issue they should probably be paying attention because this is the easiest way to lose customers. This morning I was sitting in drive thru for at least 15 minutes, no exaggeration, I was told to pull forward and was nervous about it because they always mess up....of course, I had to come back inside and make my own fresh coffee in the lobby because the coffee was cold and the old lady in drive pretended to be clueless, but come on people you can feel when the coffee is hot or cold, I knew instantly. I go back outside and wait and wait and then she brings my food and once again, just like last time, she forgets my large hash browns, I have to holler and wave her down and she questions me like I'm in the wrong and goes and gets my hash browns.. I also asked her for 4-5 honey mustards and she assured me they were in the bottom of the bag (because I asked 3 different times) so I didn't check and of course not there.

Read moreWent through the drive thru today. Upon arriving, car in front of me looked frustrated and had pulled up past the speaker. Once I pulled up to the speaker, I was asked to wait by the woman running the drive thru. During this time, I could hear the woman shouting orders to others and acting very erratic. I was then asked for my order, the woman was very quick to answer with a hasty tone in her voice after I responded at the speaker. I had ordered a 15 piece chicken tender combo with a large fry and large Coke Zero. I asked for Honey Q sauce, was told they didnt have any so I opted for BBQ. Once at the window, I handed the woman my card and a coupon for $5 off $20 order. The woman stated that this wouldn't work at this restaurant and gave me the coupon back, handed me 2 glasses of Coke and asked me to pull forward. About a minute later, a man came walking out with a bag and a Coke Zero. The bag was for the lady in front of me, the drive thru lady then shouted to the man that he had messed up giving me my drinks and to just forget about it, he proceeded to take the Coke Zero back into the building. I was then brought out a bag a couple minutes later by the drive thru lady. She stated that this was my food and that the other guy was learning, acted as if she was pushing blame off on him. I got home with the bag and opened the food. The only items that were present were the chicken tenders and Honey Mustard sauce instead of BBQ. No large fry was provided. Read morePulled into the drive thru with 1 car ahead of me. I got up to the ordering screen at 12:16pm. I finally got to order food at 12:36pm. I checked in a few times and each time was told “hold on, we will be right with you.” After ordering, I was told to pull up to the window. I then sat at the window from 12:36pm until 1:02pm when I was given my food. The food was already only warm at best and the ice in my Coke was almost entirely melted by the time I got it. I had previously gone here a few months ago and it took about 30 minutes to get my food, but 45 minutes is pretty terrible. I put ZERO blame on the employees as it appears that there were only 2 working that day, but the service is pretty sad. More than half of the people in line left before placing an order.
