Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Jasper

Stopped here after work to get a pizza to go. The girl working the register couldn't handle a cash transaction. Another girl took my order. I sat in the dining area and waited 20 minutes. When I walked over to the register to ask about my order, Second Cashier Girl went to the rack and pulled out my pizza. When she handed it to me, I complained that it was ice cold. She hadn't noticed. She offered to have another one made. I told her I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes, and asked for my money back. Second Cashier Girl didn't know how to do that. She had to call over Experienced Guy to figure out how to refund my money. Experienced Guy also offered to make my pizza over.i gave him the same answer and requested my refund. 30 minutes of wasted time later I have my money back, but no pizza. Terrible...

I am literally so disappointed with Marco's Pizza right now. I tried ordering pizza online but it would not take my payment. I also have an online coupon for points Ive earned. So i called the store to order and they were having website issues. I told them i had a coupon but would not take it due to it being an online code. So I asked to speak to the manager and they left me on hold for 10 min. I finally hung up with no resolve or completion of order. Decided on something else for dinner. As im picking up dinner my husband calls and says pizza is there and they want payment. Seriously!? Told him to send them bavk. They didn't even call me back after they were hung up on to verify if I wanted it. So very...

The cheese pizza or ordered was about half cheese, half air bubbles the steak and pepperoni was absolutely delicious till I seen hair in my food and when I called and spoke to a manager, they said they would replace it so I went back up there two days later, and they said Dirt, they never spoke with me. I like Marcos pizza, but I will never eat at this location again. When I went back for my following visit, the hairs I found in my food was clearly the guy that was cutting pizza at the current time I was there, and it makes very good sense when his head went over the food multiple times And nobody has on a hairnet.
