The customer service here surpassed the quality of the food. The staff was friendly and greeted me warmly upon entering. As I placed my order, the manager informed the team of my selection, allowing them to start preparing it even before I paid, showing a clear sense of urgency. This is exactly what you expect from fast food – quick service.While observing the food preparation, I noticed the girl breading the chicken. She used a gloved right hand to handle the raw chicken and a clean-gloved left hand to load it into the fryer. I was initially concerned about her changing gloves, but she did a great job, promptly removing both gloves and washing her hands. Her adherence to food safety protocols was impressive. Similarly, a young man used tongs to lower the french fries into the bag, further demonstrating their commitment to hygiene.Overall, I was highly impressed with the staff's performance, reflecting strong management and thorough training. However, the food itself was disappointing. Everything we ordered was overly salty, with fries that were almost inedible, a very dry burger, and rubbery chicken despite being freshly made. Edited for visit on 4/20/24 ...cant believe I came back. I knew better. I mean $13 bucks for this!Dry, hard bun. Tasted HORRIBLE and the fries tasted old like they need to change the grease. No salt of any kind. People are realizing too. Lobby was EMPTY AT DINNER TIME. Barely made it from there to the mall..and bathroom was closed. After you pay 10 bucks for ONE SMALL cb combo you'd expect for the fries not to be bricks, the burger to have a bigger dot of sauce than the extra piece of meat, and you to actually receive what drink you paid for rather than a teeninie solid white cup that you went and got from Walmart. Milo's ice and chicken are my favorite! I will stop every day to get my Sprite with an extra cup of ice! The chicken tenders are amazing, I can't tell you how many restaurants I have eaten chicken strips from and been so disappointed! Milo's are by far the best! The employee's are wonderful and they actually smile, they really are very kind! I have heard customers being absolutely disrespectful over silly things like ketchup, and sauce. The staff is always respectful and do not deserve to be treated that way, they deserve an applause 👏 for handling customers behaviors as well as they do!!!!
