Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jasper

Over the past 2 years, this location has gone through highs and lows. It started with owners that didn't want to spend any money at the place and staff that didn't care. Corporate Pizza Hut got involved, new staff were brought in, and maintenance was slowly completed.

Up until a few months ago, all was well following corporate's involvement. The staff were always very busy (due to short staffing, the amount of business the location received during peak hours, etc.), but your order was always accurate and delivered to your table by someone that knew what they were doing.

This changed a couple of months ago when an entire new staff were brought in. With the new staff, from whom we barely get any service at all, I don't know if anything changed at the owner or corporate level, but I must sadly say my family will not be returning until a "under new (or, the old) management" sign is posted.

During our past two visits, (a) We have been told they didn't serve an item when they clearly did at the second visit (this was confirmed by the new management), (b) The order is never accurate, (c) Wait times have doubled (even when the restaurant is empty and there are no call-in orders), (d) And the staff simply can't seem to keep up with the demands of the job.

If you, the owners, are reading this post, bring back the management team and personnel you had in the store several months ago. Otherwise, my family (and the one that left while we were there due to being served a pizza that was barely cooked), will likely...

I would recommend that no one choose to go this Pizza Hunt, they are rude and god awful at what they do!! I live 35 miles from the local Pizza Hunt! On March 1, 2018 I order went to get my order and came home and open the box and my chesss pizza was burnt as well as my cheese sticks was, I called the store the women said I should have check my food while I was there! On March 28,2018 I order again and went to get my order and open my chesse pizza and chesse sticks and they was burnt again, asked for manger I showed her and asked for it to be replaced she said No!! I called Pizza Hunt headquarters they sent five free pizza coupon!! On May 9, 2018 went to Jasper pizza hunt, the Asst manger said my mom couldn’t use them! So I called headquarters they said I could, and the Asst manger said she was lying, and then they General Manger came over said we don’t have to follow headquarters police it mean sh** to us and they don’t mean jack to us, then told my mother to leave!! So I wouldn’t recommend going to Pizza Hunt in Jasper. Go...

The food same old same old. Its still good. Not really rating on the food or people. The store itself, I'm not one to give a bad review just to be mean. Just would like to offer things that can help. I worked there for 8 years and I loved it. Until when I quit in 2010. The reasons I chose to quit was hard, but I felt it was starting to go down hill. Looks like I chose right. Not trying to knock the workers that are there now, but under new owners this place doesn't do half the business it could. I know. Some of the problems now I think are a 3rd party ans. Service. Also the way gas prices are the drivers do not make anything. The tips dont even feel the tank. People need to know the delivery fee does not go to the drivers when ordering. Brighten things up outside yall always look like a ghost town. I know plans are in motion, just listen to me for just a min. If you want to make money.
