Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Jasper

I have one word to describe these meals NASTY!!! I’ll never spend another penny on this disgusting unpalatable food!! Soggy fries, the salad had a strange twang that wasn’t supposed to be in this salad. The bread was soggy! The Cold slaw was hot!! Nothing was good!! The chicken was nothing to write home about!! I won’t be back! Too many places to choose from! This one has been taken off the list! There was a humongous puddle in the middle of the floor. There was a wet floor sign next to it. No effort had been made to clean it up. I mentioned it twice to 2 different people, mentioning how dangerous it was to leave it there. After rolling their eyes at me, she quips, “that’s what the wet floor sign is for! Are you kidding me?? If I hadn’t glanced down when I came in the door and saw the huge puddle, I would’ve been taken to the hospital instead of trying to explain we older people don’t mend as fast as young folks!! Can you say law suit?? They are definitely asking for it! Not to mention the pain and suffering some poor soul will have to suffer for their lazy...

After a 2 HR drive to Jasper Al to pick up family for the holidays we decided on Zaxbys.. bad decision. 4 adults ordered wings n things plate.. 30 minutes later our food was brought to us... COLD.. not room temperature.... Ice cold... I thought just maybe my plate... WRONG... all 4 plates were disgusting... As my husband took a plate to the counter and complained and told them ALL the plates were like this.... We were stared at by every employee there.... As if we were in the wrong! They said that they would cook fresh... And they continue to stare at us... And laughter echoed through the building... And the cooks were high fiving.... After another 45 minutes my husband just goes up and ask for refund.. and again we're looked at as though we were in the wrong!!! And to end this lovely story... We were charged for our drinks!!! I would never recommend this Zaxbys to anyone and highly suggest that they reevaluate...

They've been out of mushrooms for months now they're saying they don't think they're getting them back in took months for them to finally relay that. All of the sides cost the same but you can't substitute the sides doesn't make sense if they cost the same why can't you substitute them for something that you actually want and if it's a little more why don't you pay a difference like any other restaurant? If you help your local students and purchase cards or gift certificates or other promotional things that are supposed to be honored they're not very self-explanatory they say one thing and when you look it up on the phone to see the menu because if you try to do it in line you're spoken to rudely as if you're unintelligent so it kind of makes you not want to support your local students and community when some kids all they have are sports to keep them busy and out of the streets and...
