Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jay

Grove Pizza hut used to be a place with amazing food but since recent management changes a few years ago the food quality has gone downhill . The building itself needs a renovation and a lot of updating along with removal of mold & moisture from the men's restroom which you can clearly see if you press firmly on the walls. Even as you're entering the bathroom the tiles will actually produce water as you step on them. the air conditioning unit on top of the building which has clearly been there since the building was first constructed is no longer able to cool the air inside. a water hose is visibly seen connected to the AC unit on top of the building with water dripping down off of the roof through the drainage system. After looking at various posts on Facebook from different groups and reviews read on the internet you can clearly tell that the staff is in need of a complete overhaul. as somebody who loves the town of Grove and its businesses I can definitely say that it will be another year before I eat at this...

Worthless staff. Waitress botched the order so hard I got up to leave. Offered to pay but they set about blaming us for the problem. I pointed out how the menu is numbered, (1: size | 2: crust | 3: sauce) and the entire staff seemed to have issues with counting to three. Having no idea why I'd want that sauce on the pizza, before it's cooked.

They we're really very rude and didn't seem to care about loosing a customer, eventually screaming at me and my elderly father.

I recommend you keep in mind that they don't mind loosing a customer, because that means you too, so save yourself the time and energy, eat at any other...

Had a mishap with the app when placing an order the general manager was very rude and not helpful at all. employees need customer service training we ordered from here alot and when picking up they are not friendly at all.
