The staff is clearly uneducated in medication. The nurse kept saying seroquel was a sleep medication. When it was questioned about the dosage and why she stated "it is a sleep aide". Yucky attitude. Doctors see patients by tele-med not in person. Asked nurse the doctors name she stated didn't know and never gave the name. They need to realize that this is a difficult time for patients and family members. They need to become educated on medication and dosage. Heather from the crisis center in Jay is the rudest person I have ever spoke to in my life. She kept interrupting me when asking if I could bring my aunt some toiletries and things she would need. She yelled at me and said do you want me to transfer you to the therapist and then she just hung up!! After I had been transferred to her by THREE other people!
