THIS WAS MY 3RD TIME GIVING BLAZE N GRILL A CHANCE. The first time I ordered from here - it was delivery & I did not receive one order of fries. Normally I wouldn't care but my boss bought the company lunch and those were his fries. I called back and told them I did not get my fries, I was told they would be delivered. After I finished my lunch, 45 minutes later, still no fries. I called back and was told they would not be delivering my fries because they do not have a delivery guy, they paid another company to deliver the food, which means they would have to pay him again to bring my fries. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that "he left for a meeting but was aware of my situation" WHAT?!?! The manager knew they had an unhappy customer who did not receive the food they ordered and STILL walked out.... ? Should have stopped there, lol poor management ...

I tried them again maybe a year later, asked for a beef, soggy, soaking, falling apart, got it home with it, DRY AS A BONE...

So today, a few months later.... I gave it a go, again... I walk in, one man is sitting down, already has his food, one lady is waiting for her "to go" order, one lady placing an order and me.

I ordered a beef and again I said, I want this so soggy, dripppppping, bread falling apart, HOT PEPPERS ON THE SIDE and a drink. Did not get my drink, until I had to walk back in and ask " Didn't I get a drink with my order?" to which i got the response "Oh I didn't give you your drink?"

I waited about 10-12 minutes, for a beef....

When I got home i discovered ONCE AGAIN I DID NOT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR :(

Beef covered in hot pepper, dry and barely any beef? WHERES THE BEEF?!?!? Not to mention - the sandwich is super small

I'd rather spend the money and go to Brandy's I learned my lesson with Blaze and will...

I ordered ribs platter and a steak sandwich online. I got a call from the restaurant stating they had run out. We ended up with 2 unsatisfactory steak sandwiches and a charge on my cc for the ribs. I called a few days later and the manager/owner said so sorry, I will put you on my list for a free rack of ribs. I said great...I just wanted the charge corrected but now I will actually order from you. He said He would even throw in a $20 credit for all my hassle. I was pretty happy. I called to order my ribs 2-3 weeks later after a long day at work. Once again no ribs. He said I will throw in a 2nd slab of free ribs. I said ok tho I was skeptical. Today I call ,at 3 in the afternoon so hopefully they wouldn't be out, I was going to see if I could get my ribs delivered for 7pm. However, when I asked for a manager the girl said she was one. I told her I was on some list. She said she had to call her brother to confirm. I was told I was confused. I could get one rack of ribs or $20. And I could get a second set at another time. Now they don't have to bother. First no product then a run around. Horrible customer service, fake promises and now at least 5 less customers. Good luck staying open with your magical list for items...

Ordered delivery from them. Horrible food, untimely, and disappointing customer service.

Firstly, the order took 1 hour and 50 minutes to be delivered. When we got the food it was cold. Got a cold pile of cheese fries and my beef was cold as well. The beef was also very dry and must have been overcooked, or maybe it had something to do with it sitting in a bag for so long. We ended up calling to see if we could get our money back for the food we couldn't eat, and the manager, (I believe her name was Pritty or something) said they would not give our money back but give us a 20% discount towards our NEXT order. I did not plan on ordering from them again and they would not reconcile their mistake. When I asked about whether they had any quality or satisfaction guarantees the manager said " you received the food and we did our part". I called up Grubhub after this and they said they would contact the business, and they issued us a full refund and a coupon for our next order through them, for something that wasn't even their mistake.
