6/10/2020 literally just came in ti this place to which I'm a repeat customer. I was in such a hurry that when i ordered my coffee I forgot to say iced. As I saw them pouring I apologized and asked if they could switch it for me. The manager turned to me and said "you didnt say iced." It's called courtesy to simply make a switch, which I'm sure seldom happens. This keep your repeate customers happy and coming back to your business. Because of this is why I dont mind stopping at other places for my coffee and paying $0.30 cents more for a coffee elsewhere. Read moreThis location needs to be investigated by corporate. Their menu prices don’t match their system so they’ll up charge every time without letting you know. They’ll also go ahead and charge you the completely wrong thing that costs at least $1-2 extra. This happens nearly every other visit. On top of that it seems they have random family members or their children working the front. How is that legal? Today I ordered a small iced coffee.
