Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

October 1, 2025 at 12 midnight waiting since 11:53 pm this lady. Why you guys hire her she not doing her job and rude. I came here as ubereat driver and tell her I am here for picking up. She couldn't hear me in the drive thru so I speak a little louder for her to hear. After that I am waiting for a long period of time. I saw she mumble and take her time. Then she handed me the food and raise her voice and force me to grab the food from her and she gave me attitude. Why the hell she work there in the first place and why you guys hire her? She not doing her job and giving attitude, and I didn't do nothing or say nothing to her. Thanks for wasting my time. I am not coming to this location, I am not doing business with you guys. Picture it: It’s Sunday morning and you had a great church service across the street and you’re full of joy and feeling good so you decide to stop by DD because it’s right there and you’re craving a French crueler. You walk in and order. As you wait for your drink, two employees start shouting & cussing at each other. One who is probably the shift leader (and lord forbid the manager) kept YELLING at the lady working drive thru and then she would yell back. The other employees looked so embarrassed to even be there! This isn’t even the first time this has happened either. So unprofessional! How do they have these jobs?! My neighborhood Dunkin, I’ve been going here quite a bit now. I’ve noticed some new faces/new employees & I am by far impressed with how great the service is. Seeing that Jorge has been a new employee for a couple months now, has really helped this Dunkin’s Service run way smoother. Jorge has always gone above & beyond with my orders and manages to always leave me in such a great mood! Not only do I feel this way, but my friends, family and other customers here have expressed the same way towards Jorge. On the other hand, the other employees & ESPECIALLY the owner are very rude & tend to make me feel uncomfortable. It is sad to see only 1-2 employees, including Jorge who always make me...
