Very good quesobirria tacos, consume is actually rich in flavor and spice. Not watery or bland. Meat is generous. Got them to go and still had some crisp. Love the foil pack with limes cilantro and onion. This place definitely knows what they're doing and just needs more exposure. I've Been wanting to try this place for over a year since randomly noticing it when driving by. I'm always so skeptical because all the quesobirria tacos I've been trying have all been pretty mediocre since Salude on Milwaukee closed. Super disappointing.. was very excited to try their homemade tortillas.. when ordering some things, the lady mentioned they ran out of some ingredients so we ended up ordering just a quesadilla and huevos con chorizo which was supposed to include rice. The lady made the food, and then lets us know that they ran out of rice so she gave us double beans ( this was like the third thing she mentioned she no longer had). Already annoyed, I go to take a bite of my quesadilla and noticed there was a hair in it. I let the lady know and she made me another one. I have found my new favorite Mexican restaurant. That's a bold statement with so many great options near me (6 Corners), but it's true. Barca is small but inviting with all the Mexican decorations I love. You cn feel the family love from this place and especially in their food. I ordered the guisado because I wanted to wait and order the birria another time. They also have another not so common special on the menu, carne en su jugo, which I am sure if fire by the way everything tasted.
