Walked in this place expecting to get a haircut for 3 boys and we said we were there for walk in service and the man said yes he would be able to help us he was sweeping at the moment all of a sudden he disappeared and all the barbers including the owner kept looking at us finally after waiting for 40 minutes a worker asked us how the boys wanted their haircuts we said all differnent and she flat out said no they can't do that then went over to the owner and said something and said okay someone will help us then another 15 minutes go by we see two barbers packing up to leave the initial one who said he would help was was no where to be found they said he he left like why would he tell us he would help us then leave them the owner and another barber said oh here come someone we had been sitting for a while hour being ignored by just about everyone here and they had the audacity to keep asking us to wait. Had they at least communicated in the first place that it was gonna be a long wait and the first barber didn't walk out after telling us he would help us in just a minute I wouldn't be so upset but this isn't how you treat paying customers easily $75...

The haircut and beard work were so flawless that people thought enhancements were added! I called a day before for a person because It was my first time going here and they said yes I can make an appointment and I came the day of the appointment and they said he not here. And then they said everyone is good here and requested that if I can get someone that speaks English so they can understand me better of how I want my hair cut. And they said it was going to take a while, and people got upset, so I went with someone who said he understood me, but when I wanted a mid-fade, I got a high fade. And to fix the issue he did, he painted me, which doesn't fix the issue, and he cut my hair they way I didn't want it to be cut, so I just said it's fine and paid and left before they can mess my hair up more.
