It’s extremely disheartening to post this review because I absolutely love these tacos…the chicken tacos to be exact! Usually I go in to order my tacos on my lunch break and either sit in at the restaurant with a co worker or just go in and pick up then leave. Recently, because it was raining out pretty bad I decided to go through Uber Eats to place my order for my chicken tacos. To my surprise when I received my order they were steak. I don’t eat beef so I called in to the restaurant immediately to let them know what happened. I then had an issue with them because at first they did not want to replace the food as I ordered it (cilantro avocado cheese sour cream) then before the end of the call they told me to call in when I’m ready to receive what I didn’t get that time. Today I called in to do just that I was told to call back at 11am for someone that speaks English. I asked to speak to someone in charge they kept me on hold. I called back they just let the phone ring twice! I called back again to someone telling me to call back at 4pm when a manager arrives. By this time I’m packing up to head over to the restaurant because the customer service was lacking tremendously! I told them I need to speak with a manger when I got there once I got someone on the phone. (Sorry for the long review!) The results after explaining the situation 3-4 times to the manager he let them know to redo my tacos. I am a paying customer that really enjoyed the establishment, the food, and the service until this past week. After today I no longer will be ordering from them. Read morePlaced an order for 3 tacos, 2 steak with cilantro and onions & 1 of chicharon. Got home and as I opened the food , I noticed that there was only 2 tacos . I chicharon(which was fine) and the steak taco had cheese and avocado. Call the restaurant immediately to notify them about the mistake. Nelly who picked up the phone mentioned that I probably had grabbed the wrong order. How could that even be possible if the order was handed to me . Then ,I was told to look at the receipt. I verified that it was mine but that I was missing a taco and the one given had cheese and Avocado. I was asked to bring the food back. Honestly, if the weather was better ,I would've of but this is the day we had snow with rain. The girl put me on hold and mentioned that she understood that the weather was bad and for that reason she took my #and mentioned that for future I will have a credit. 2 minutes later I get a call back saying that if I wasn't able to bring the food back, I needed to take a picture of the taco . In order words to prove to them that I wasn't lying. This young little brat not only douted me but raised her voice being very demanding. Read moreWhen dining in food and service are great. I’ve been there plenty of times.When dining out I noticed the food isn’t the same. However yesterday was the tip of the iceberg. I ordered 4 sopes and a taco dinner . The taco dinner barely had any meat but no big deal it’s for the kids anyway. However the sopes had very little meat and it was all the chewy chunks 🤮 I called and let them know the situation. My husband ate his two and I didn’t intend to drive back 30 minutes to return mine. I mentioned to the owner that my husband ate his two but I hadn’t ate mine yet. They asked for a picture and so I sent him a pic of the one that was served on a plate. They didn’t specify to send a pic of both or I would have. They asked for a picture of my receipt and I sent that as well. Upon his review he offered store credit for ONE sope as they believe the portion of the meat was the same as always… mind you I’ve gone to dine it and it’s NOT the same. Ultimately I refused the store credit as I won’t be going back anymore anyway. It seems to me that they do not like to make it right. In a review below someone found a wood chip in their meat and all they said was they’d let the kitchen staff know.
