The Dog Stop — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Evening management needs to be replaced. I asked for a double dog meal and to please charge me for an extra bun, she literally charges me for two hot dogs with fries and then lies to my face as I am Iooking dead at the menu and tells me they don't have a double dog meal, as I'm staring dead at it. Then I tell her she's lieing I'm looking at the menu, and always order this. I tell her I wanted two hotdogs one fry and a bun on the side, she tells me she cant do the bun on the side (although i had this charged separately for the same meal before ) why wouldn't she tell me before hand she was charging me two separate hotdogs, instead of being ignorant and saying she cannot charge me for an extra bun, or lie to me before you charge me and say there is no double dog meal then. No she charges me what she wants not what i asked waits till I complain, lies to me, and completely sucks at customer service. I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager, I asked when can I call and speak to another manager she tells me she is the only manager at the dog stop. So then I asked when will the owners be in and she tells me there are in and out through out the day, again she is no help. So I left my phone number for a call back from the owners, I doubt they will receive my message, so ppl check your dam orders when ordering at night because there management is pointless to a customer, and obviously careless to customer service. Oh and she was training someone while taking my order...

Our business eats here twice a week and it's good. We enjoy it but every once in a while we order through UberEATS because no one can go and get it. It has never been correct through UberEATS and I'm talking about 6 different times so we stopped ordering through UberEATS, but today we took another chance hoping it would be ok because everyone wanted their gyro or their Italian beef because yes they are good but there was nobody who can go get it from the office so we ordered through UberEATS and once again the entire order was wrong. In calling and speaking to the owner he tried to say you ordered cucumber sauce on your hotdog instead of saying I'm sorry what can I do to make it better he lost 17 people twice a week today as customers. And no I will not blame it on UberEATS because all their driver who was wonderful btw does is go in to pick it up it, it's not their job to open all the bags and make sure the order is correct, it is the restaurants job to make sure the food is correct so out of 17 people 4 didn't get to eat and we will never order from them again! In person or thru a delivery service. Who puts cucumber sauce on a hot dog?! Gross. No I can see my order and nobody ordered cucumber sauce on their hotdog. They forgot the extra sauce and side of cheese and the toppings we're all wrong on the burger. Just a mess. But that's ok because even though the owner wouldn't listen or help, ubereats did and gave me every cent back. Do...

!CHECK YOUR MEAT!

It's not a particularly cheap beef at $8.90 and $10.90 for a cheesy beef. Ordering a meal went from $8.90 to $13.79 for a regular meal, not a large meal, and $15.27 after tax. Only pepsi products here. Quick service and the cashier was nice.

There were also a couple of pretty suspect pieces of beef, so I removed what I could see that looked weird. Clearly, the meat has been sitting in juice for a long time by the stiffness of all the meat. The first note is heavy on the black pepper. Bread and juice are delicious, but just not the meat. There were a couple of full sheets of beef that were rigid whole deli sliced pieces but rigid because they were overcooked to death. It's flavorful and could be good, but it's like someone is screaming "BLACK PEPPER" in your ear, I've never come across a beef that had this much just black pepper in it. There's halves of full black pepper kernels all over the paper by the end. Overpriced for what you get, but hopefully, their dogs are better.

The fries were very much just mcdonalds shape and size fries. They are not particularly bad but not great, either.

Only pepsi products here.
