After upon reading reviews, I decided to order. Everyone was complaining about different things but I decided to try because it's gluten free and vegan friendly. There's none vegan options also! when it says healthy you need to understand that. That means a lot of things will be baked and low spice or low oil. of course it will be as people describe "tasteless"(due to not heavily saturated in fats)or not to their desire because it's supposed to be a HEALTHY! If you actually do diets you will have not many spices and oil IN CLEAN EATING.
FOR MY Review: I thought everything was fabulous. I got this sesame tofu bowl and the fried cauliflower. It was not heavily oiled which was fantastic for me. And my Ibs wasn't triggered.i consider this place a safe food option. . In my bowl was baked. And very lightly stir-fried. If you want something heavier definitely get their creamy dressing because it will satisfy you more than the dressings that are thinner. Add extra which I forgot to do. Except there I was with no order. The kitchen acknowledged making it, but said once they hand it to the front desk, it's not their responsibility. The front desk acknowledged putting it in a locker, but said once it's in the locker, it's the technology's responsibility. What does that even mean? What's the phone number for "the technology"? Who does "the technology" report to. I asked for an escalation contact and was given a 312 number for Anthony but they've never returned my call. I called the customer service number including in the order confirmation. There were three prompts to dial through and then you're forced to text with them. It took them fifteen minutes to respond to my first message. They did order the kitchen to remake the order, but by the time I had this confirmation and returned back to the pick-up location, the order was already picked-up again, by someone else. The customer service number said they would refund me and to expect a confirmation email within 24 hours. That didn't happen...

The second red flag arrived quickly after seeing the prices, but for sake of proximity and the promise of âhigh qualityâ we assumed the price was worth the quality of food. Sadly, we were mistaken.
I shouldâve read the google reviews for this spot before choosing to visit, I can echo the sentiment of poor quality produce and bland food that everyone else has stated.
Not only were the cauliflower wings plain, fried cauliflower, despite being advertised as Korean BBQ, the avocado included in my bowl was completely hard. The three slices were stuck together and couldnât be cut or mushed, I had to throw the avocado out immediately. On top of that, my friend found a piece of hard pepper in their bowl. Itâs clear the produce here is not high quality or fresh, and likely frozen.
Two stars because the bowl was good otherwise and the food was ready...
