Female owner is rude and the worst person I ever dealt with. She talked to me like I owed her and did not need a customer. My company orders from them once a month for Employees appreciation day worth $800/a month, for the last 15 years. Two months ago I was ordering and she told me to hurry up because she was very busy, I asked few questions and next thing I know the phone was hang up. I called her back and ask for a manager and she said I am the manager and the owner, I told her that I am not done with my order and she hang up and her respond was " It's taking you so long to order, you and the other girl that responsible for placing orders always do this to me- taking so long to place orders and always asking questions and I am very busy " so I cancelled the entire order and told her that she just lost a customer and she said " Oh well". The owner did not care so she lost us as customer. I found a different pizza place which is better and better people, really good...
Read morePizza was good. Better at other places nearby. The bar and restaurant are in bad need of remodeling. Hasn't been touched since the early 70's. Bad lighting. Dirty windows inside. Pizza toppings came out in cantainers that needed to he wiped down. Many fingerprints. We ordered onion rings that were overcooked and greasy. Ketchup was in A plastic dispenser bottle that was clogged with old ketchup. Bad lighting in the dining room with burned out bulbs. Ceiling fans dusty but so was all the fake fruit and vegetables on the shelveson the walls. Staff was nice but had dirty aprons on when they delivered our food. This could be a great place if they remodeled and cleaned up the place. Makes me wonder how the kitchen and good handling is in back. This place has by been here a long time but I cant see how keep the restaurant going. Could be a money maker if they hired someone who knew what they were doing. Not going back. They don't care so...
Read moreI poured over Google maps in search of pizza by the slice, and boy did I hit the jackpot! This place is just what I was looking for! I ordered a slice of their Paterno's signature pizza and the price was so reasonable that I also ordered a grilled veggie sub to nibble on later and spent $15 ($20 after leaving a tip). The atmosphere was perfect! It's a large space and has a real feel, an old school feel, like on the show Cheers, not hoity-toity at all. There's a bar (with a pool table) and a dining area. The place is clean and no offensive odors, no odors at all when I walked in as soon as they opened, at 11am. Once the kitchen got cooking, pleasant food smells emminated from the kitchen, through the order window. The food is hot, fresh, made to order and delicious!! The sauce on the pizza is exactly how a pizza sauce should bee. If I lived here, I would bee trying to buy their pizza sauce by the jar. 🤭 I would give this place 10...
