Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Every table was dirty or had chairs stacked upon it. They were unable to serve chicken nuggets or strips due to being out. They had no biscuits available for the same reason. No Cajun rice, and no jalapeños to be had either!!

When I placed my order I asked for a wet cloth to wipe the table off as it had food and paper waste on it, the register person snapped that they pay someone to tend to the tables and, “. . .you and that one arm need to settle down!” (I am an amputee).

As far as the food goes, I ordered one of the very few things available at this location, a spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a coke. It took nearly twenty minutes for me to receive my meal, I was one of two customers dining at the time of my visit. The bun the chicken was served on was hard and crumbling. The chicken seemed undercooked to me. It was very very chewy and the breading was not at all crispy. The coleslaw was room temperature which was a bit concerning.

Overall a poor experience. From the snarky disrespectful cashier and lack of over half of the menu items to the disappointing food I was served.

After eating my meal I used the restroom. Epic fail! It was DISGUSTING! Absolutely filthy everywhere! The toilet had urine on the seat and feces floating in it. The garbage was overflowing. The entire area smelled bad.

Truly the best part of this dining experience was walking...

Rarely do I eat fried chicken, but when I do, I must be prepared for long, long wait time! The drive through is a joke! Over 45 minutes! And I had to pull back around in drive through as my food order never came out after they asked me to pull into parking lot side! That should have been a clue👀 to just ask for my refund instead. But no I sat there and sat there smelling chicken for 40 minutes. Now I want my food, I ordered. And this is the second time they forgot my moms pie! And again I tried it just this week! We pulled in the drive through, the order taker immediately says there are no more sandwich, nor did we want or order any at all! So why forecast that information in the first place! Then the order taker proceeds to tell us, with our 8 piece family size chicken order that we ordered, we had to take it mixed and we couldn't have all mild, OMG. The 8 piece gave us extra chicken to eat later. Why did we have to settle for 4 pieces and go home less for filled? Lets think for a moment the 8 piece family comes with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $23 after tax! So, why is it that once we decided to order a 4 piece to avoid getting spicy chickens all together, we were still charged $23 and change for 4 piece, 2 drinks (1 large and 1 small), 3 small size! OMG I'm done! I'm done!!!!🤔👎🧐👎😮👎🙄👎😔 😔No longer my Popeyes...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars it is the worst establishment I have ever been to I ordered my food in the drive-thru they said it would be a 15 minute wait and told me to drive back to the parking lot I proceed to drive to the parking lot and went inside to get my food they claim I never ordered my food and said if I dont have a receipt I couldn't get my food so I tell the manager I gave you the money I didn't receive my receipt or change after arguing back & forth for 5 minutes they finally checked the order and realized that I was telling the truth and that I did order my food and 15 minute wait turned into a 30 minute wait they are ghetto and very unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this poorly run establishment very disappointed and not satisfied at all with the quality of food they re fry all their chicken & it tastes old I hope they close this popoyes down soon it's a waste of...
