Horrible customer experience! I placed an online order early morning to make sure everything will be placed and process accordingly. I was super excited and try their so called specialty pizza which included Pesto veggie pizza that I ordered. We went to pick it up at around 7:13 pm. And nobody even assisted us at the cashier as they were too busy..When I finally got the chance to get assistance I asked for my Pesto vegetarian pizza and cashier lady said oh we do not have that placed what you order was Vegetarian pizza. I rebutted and told her exactly what I ordered that they made a clear mistake even showed her my email confirmation showing what I ordered. She just brushed me off and just said that if you can wait 10 minutes so we can get your order, I refused since it’s late and amole time was given to make the order right the first time! Oh and for pick up they did not even provide packet of pepper flakes and parmesan cheese, they just handed me the box of the flap pizza! Side note pizza is doughy with dices slices of vegetables...
Just an update after calling and raising my concern with Slice they called Sarpino’s on my behalf.. I got some discount so today I placed an order for Pesto vegetarian pizza. Pizza was doughy, lacks the crunchy crust and as I arrived to pick up my pizza it’s already cold. Plus pizza didn’t really have the pesto sauce and taste, and just smothered it with cheese and few tiny pieces of bell peppers few sun dried tomatoes and basil leaves.. At this point I’m not sure about ordering...

Staff has gotten worse at their job, no sure if it's the same people or newer people don't care. When I called to complain I got an attitude from the manger.
This use to be one of my favorite places, but the quality has gotten worse over the past couple of months. I ordered a pizza and wanted it cut into squares. When I got it, it was mangled, a big mess. Looked like they were going in the process of cutting it in slices then realized it was supposed to be squares and cut it into squares making a whole bunch of oddly shaped pieces. It would have been easier and neater to leave it in slices.
I called to tell the manager. I didn't want a replacement or an apology, I wanted him to know it was a sloppy mess. He said, "We're all human here, and I made a mistake. What do you want me to do make you another pizza?" I told him I wanted it to be known the staff could use some more training. He told me he had been working there for the past eight years and if I didn't like the pizza he'll make me another.
I decided I'd told them what was wrong and that was all I needed to do and ended the call, but I'll make it a point to call Sarpinos Corporate and let them know the staff...
Read moreI've been ordering from this place for more than two years. And today the "main manager" hanged up on me. Lets start with saying i used to work at Sarpinos myself so I know what the customer service is. Every time, for last couple months, i called and kept asking to change my phone number, since another one wasn't even mine. So My friends received phone calls in the middle of the night, on a weekends and whenever our family feels like pizza. Funny right, cause every time i ask to change phone number, it is probably too much to ask for. Today it happened again and I got in a bad situation, thanks to Sarpinos managers, who "know" how to do their job. I got upset and use f word describing the situation. Not lady like but I'm still a human. And the manager just hanged up on me. Probably that's the best way to go with upset customer... After I called back and told him, he shouldn't act this way he started shouting Im not the one to tell him how to do this job. Well, I wasn't the one who yelled... Oh, and he cut me off again. Great way to go, manager!
I'm waiting to hear back from owner, or shift manager. I still gonna order, cause well... not pizza's choice...
