The experience at the 3025 N. Pulaski location in Chicago IL was terrible. When we walked in, the employee had a wireless ear bud in. I think he was on a phone call or listening to music? At one point he was speaking and it seemed like he was having a conversation on his ear bud, but clearly was not talking to us. We asked for 2 cali fresh sandwiches and the employee working (itish Pitab? I think was his name) Made both sandwiches wrong. It was like he had never made one before. He had to be reminded of what ingredients went on the sandwiches, forgot the bacon, forgot the avocado, didnt have any fresh mozzarella, and charged us for a more expensive sandwich than what he made, considering half the cali ingredients were not on the sandwich because he forgot them. When I sat down and took a bite, it did not taste like it does at other locations and I kindly asked him remake it the correct way. I explained what was missing and that we were not charged correctly. He started arguing with me and my Boyfriend about what we said when we walked up to the counter initially. He says we never asked for the cali fresh sandwichs when we clearly did, we even had to remind him of how they were made. When he finally remade my sandwich He was clearly not listening to me. I had to basically tell him exactly how other subway locations make it the correct way because he was too busy arguing with my boyfriend about the mistake. He was hardly listening to me. I had to tell him to put the meat, cheese, bacon THEN toast, THEN avocado, then the toppings. Despite my clear instructions, He repeated to make it wrong again. The photo on the menu and every other location I have been to puts the avocado on the sandwich after its toasted and before you put on toppings. For some reason this employee refused to do it that way. I did not want avocado on top of my all my lettuce and tomato and spinach. That is not how it's made at any other location and it is not shown that way in the photo on the menu. If he would have just been nice and not argued with me and my boyfriend about what we said we wanted, I would not be writing this message. I understand people make mistakes and can't hear everything right. But this was over the top. He was not listening or paying attention when we walked in and he was not listening to me when I asked him to remake my sandwich. He was very rude and I have definitely had better service at other locations. Will not be...
Read moreQuality was about the same as any other subway but the person behind the counter was very conservative about portions on veggies. Literally as if he were to sprinkle them on. Asked for spinach and placed around 7-8 leaves, asked for onions and sprinkled on a couple slices, half the sub had a majority and the other half had like 4 pieces of onion. When it came to the dressing he only went over it once when all other locations go over the sub twice with each seasoning. The meat was fine but the whole sub was not up to par with every bite being mainly meat and not enough veggies per bite. I also feel like it was done intentionally because he always let out a small giggle after every veggie topping while talking to his coworker in their language. I only passes by here to save some time instead of going to the subway I...
Read moreSo I walk into the Subway on 3025 N Pulaski. The first thing I notice is a tablet on the cutting board. Very unsanitary. The guy doesn't even acknowledge me when I walk in. I was there for 3 minutes before I left. I get the same thing every time I go with the same people. Mind you there is no one inside the restaurant. The guy walks to the serving station and takes the iPad fiddles on it for about a couple seconds. All while I'm there waiting to be attended in front of him. The whole place was just disgusting from the ambience, customer service, and unsanitary worker. I couldn't make a complaint on your website since I didn't buy anything and didn't have a receipt number so I'm doing it on here. ...
