I called around to 10 different jewelers trying to find someone who could resize my 14k gold Movado bracelet with delicate tiger’s eye stones—and have it ready the same day. Most places either told me it was too delicate to work with or said it would take up to two weeks. I needed it back by Monday because it’s a meaningful gift from my wife, and I’m starting a new job. The bracelet holds a lot of sentimental value, so finding someone I could trust was important.

Even Movado themselves said they wouldn’t adjust it, despite it still being under warranty. I was honestly frustrated and disappointed—until I found Elio and Emma on Google.

These guys are wonderful. They treated my watch repair on an old basic watch with utmost respect.

I initially came in with a dead battery, and had casually mentioned it was of sentimental value. When the shopkeeper discovered the battery had damaged the internal components he first offered me a great deal in replacing the entire mechanism, and then when he discovered the mechanisms to fit this watch were way more expensive he honored his very affordable original price to repair the damaged components even though he certainly spent more time on it than was profitable. All because he had clocked that the watch was important to me. I went over here to have some links taken out of a watch I got for Christmas. The owner took me right away and got to work. He had me try the watch on a few times to make sure we were getting the right number of links out and then bagged up the spare links and rods just in case. He was super nice and very careful with my watch. I have had this process done at other places where they use a hammer and a nail so it was nice to see him using professional and precise equipment.
