Oki sushi and thai chicago — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Stopped in on Monday, 5/12/25. I’ve been wanting to dine in since I discovered this place 2 weeks prior. I take my girl to the learning center 2 doors down so when I dropped my girl off, it was ramen time. It’s a cute place. Super clean and bright. I’ve always wanted “real” ramen( I’ve only had the store bought in a cup kind) so I asked for the Tonkotsu Ramen. I was the only person in there and I was starting to get antsy cuz I waited almost 20 min for my ramen. When the beautiful and polite server bright it out I couldn’t wait to dig in. A big bowl that had it all. Noodles on the bottom, pork on top with veggies and marinated egg. It had 2 cute and colorful edibles in it that I don’t know the name to that served as some eye candy too. I took the mini ladle and scooped up some broth. It was hooot and blew some air in over it. Then the first sip. WOW it was so good. Rich. Flavorful and satisfying. That’s the trend with every part of the bowl. From start to finish it was flavor bliss. You won't disappoint with this place. I order the Garlic Ramen and Navy Pier Maki . The Ramen is just at the right level of everything the Maki also super delicious and fresh. I definitely come back for more.

Great sushi, Good Thai, and BYOB! Sadly, we ignored it for quite a while. There never seemed to be customers in the place, which is not a good thing for a sushi place!
