Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Jefferson

First off, I only put one star because there was no option for no stars. We have gone to this location for years, and we have ALWAYS had issues with having to wait 20+ minutes to get our food. They always seem to be under staffed, the floor is always covered in food, seats are torn and/or sticky, tables not cleaned etc. Today we placed our order at 1:45 PM and did not receive our food until 2:15. Meanwhile we witnessed people with much larger orders placed after us get their food, and on the other end of the spectrum a man that was already waiting when we got there got his food when we were nearly done eating 45 minutes later. His was a to go order! When we finally got our food, the griller was practically charcoal it was so badly burnt, and the quesarito we ordered was a bean burrito. We got it swapped and were given a very hastily thrown together piece of slop. My tacos had barely any cheese on them, and were also thrown together and the filling was all over the paper. I overheard the people at the table behind us say they were charged for a burrito they did not order, and there were 3 other people at the counter with various other complaints. The staff had nothing to offer but attitude. The staff is always rude, never smiles, and often doesn't listen to orders so we have to repeat ourselves. Once I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, and we used to eat there on lunch until we were late getting back to work after waiting for our food. We actually had to leave without eating another time because they took too long and we would have been late again. This has gone on for years, through multiple managers (which we have never seen btw), and today was the last straw. Never going back again, and will warn anyone I talk to not to go to...

This place is awful. I have come to this place several times because my foster children love taco bell but today is going to be the last time when come to tack bell at this location. We always wait forever to get our food. We waited 40 minutes for 2 cheese roll ups and a cheese quasodia. We also ordered 2 freezes. Finally got our food and still had to wait longer for the freezes. Its utter chaos in there. Poor management. They need to train their employees better. Seemed like the manager was trying to run it all bc the employees were just standing around looking lost. Manager was handing out orders and people who have been waiting longer than me were so upset bc they FINALLY got their order and it was all wrong. And it wasnt just one person, this was happening to orders all around me. My order tonight was correct thankfully but everytime I've gone through the drive through (every time) I've waited forever and the order has been wrong. Always check your orders before driving off bc it takes them forever longer to correct their mistake....and dont expect an apology at all bc they dont give those. Just excuses...

Zero stars is what this place should get. I've been nice with my past experiences but now I've had enough. Previous visits my taco pizza was not appetizing as it was squashed by the other food bought at that time. Now today's visit was the icing on the cake. My daughters food was way over cooked and/or had been sitting there for hours. Popcorn chicken over cooked, employees do not understand what no gravy means as her mashed potatoes had it all over them. This location should be embarrassed serving fries as they were so over cooked you could break a tooth on them. I know restaurants are having a hard time right now but this is ridiculous. Especially since your taco bell line was closed tonight do to mechanical problems. So when you only having one type of food to cook tonight then everything should be cooked fresh to order. I tried calling this place to speak to a manager, but neither a manager or employee could be bothered to answer the phone. Again you were slow tonight so again no excuse. Shame on this...
